Claims (5)
- 脊椎固定具を保持するための脊椎固定具用保持具であって、
前記脊椎固定具は、
先端部に設けられ、骨と係合する骨係合部と、
基端部に設けられたヘッド部と、を備え、
前記ヘッド部は、
前記骨係合部を保持する円筒状の下側部分と、
前記下側部分から上方に延び、前記下側部分の外形の中心軸と同じ中心軸を有する外壁および内壁を有する上側部分と、を備え、
前記上側部分は、前記外壁および前記内壁の前記中心軸回りの方向の一部において前記中心軸に垂直な方向に開口された一対のスロットが形成されており、
前記保持具は、
前記上側部分の前記内壁を画する断面以下の外形断面を有する筒状の本体部と、
前記中心軸方向から見て前記本体部が前記上側部分の前記内壁内に位置した状態で前記一対のスロット位置において前記本体部の前記中心軸方向先端部から前記中心軸に垂直な方向に沿って外方へ張り出した一対の係止片と、を備え、
前記一対の係止片は、前記一対のスロット内に位置した状態で前記ヘッド部の前記外壁と前記内壁とを繋ぐ側壁に係合する係合部を有し、
前記下側部分の外周を構成する円筒状部は、前記ヘッド部の最大径を画する外周円を含み、
前記一対の係止片は、前記一対のスロット内に位置した状態で前記ヘッド部の外形内に収まり、かつ、前記ヘッド部の最大径を画する前記外周円に沿った円弧形状を有している、脊椎固定具用保持具。 - 前記係合部は、前記一対の係止片のそれぞれの幅方向両端部に形成され、前記一対の係止片のそれぞれは、前記ヘッド部の前記一対のスロットの幅に対応する幅を有している、請求項1に記載の脊椎固定具用保持具。
- 前記係合部は、前記一対の係止片のそれぞれの先端部において前記一対のスロットに保持されるロッド部材の外径に対応した円弧状の切り欠きを有している、請求項1または2に記載の脊椎固定具用保持具。
- 前記脊椎固定具は、前記ヘッド部の前記上側部分の前記中心軸方向先端部から当該中心軸方向へ延びる一対のタブ部を有し、
前記保持具は、前記一対の係止片が前記ヘッド部の前記側壁に係合した状態で、前記一対のタブ部間に位置する、請求項1から3の何れかに記載の脊椎固定具用保持具。 - 脊椎固定具と、前記脊椎固定具を保持するための脊椎固定用保持具とを含む脊椎固定システムであって、
前記脊椎固定具は、
先端部に設けられ、骨と係合する骨係合部と、
基端部に設けられたヘッド部と、を備え、
前記ヘッド部は、
前記骨係合部を保持する円筒状の下側部分と、
前記下側部分から上方に延び、前記下側部分の外形の中心軸と同じ中心軸を有する外壁および内壁を有する上側部分と、を備え、
前記上側部分は、前記外壁および前記内壁の前記中心軸回りの方向の一部において前記中心軸に垂直な方向に開口された一対のスロットが形成されており、
前記保持具は、
前記上側部分の前記内壁を画する断面以下の外形断面を有する筒状の本体部と、
前記中心軸方向から見て前記本体部が前記上側部分の前記内壁内に位置した状態で前記一対のスロット位置において前記本体部の前記中心軸方向先端部から前記中心軸に垂直な方向に沿って外方へ張り出した一対の係止片と、を備え、
前記一対の係止片は、前記一対のスロット内に位置した状態で前記ヘッド部の前記外壁と前記内壁とを繋ぐ側壁に係合する係合部を有し、
前記下側部分の外周を構成する円筒状部は、前記ヘッド部の最大径を画する外周円を含み、
前記一対の係止片は、前記一対のスロット内に位置した状態で前記ヘッド部の外形内に収まり、かつ、前記ヘッド部の最大径を画する前記外周円に沿った円弧形状を有している、脊椎固定システム。
