Description
例えば、「ある方向に」、「ある方向に沿って」、「平行」、「直交」、「中心」、「同心」或いは「同軸」等の相対的或いは絶対的な配置を表す表現は、厳密にそのような配置を表すのみならず、公差、若しくは、同じ機能が得られる程度の角度や距離をもって相対的に変位している状態も表すものとする。
また例えば、四角形状や円筒形状等の形状を表す表現は、幾何学的に厳密な意味での四角形状や円筒形状等の形状を表すのみならず、同じ効果が得られる範囲で、凹凸部や面取り部等を含む形状も表すものとする。
一方、一の構成要素を「備える」、「具える」、「具備する」、「含む」、又は、「有する」という表現は、他の構成要素の存在を除外する排他的な表現ではない。
尚、走行輪16に代えて、例えばクローラのような他の走行手段が採用されてもよい。
爆発性気体に対して着火源となり得る。そこで、着火源となり得る切替リレー38を、このように防爆容器50内に収容することで、仮にフレーム12内に流入した爆発性雰囲気に着火して爆発が生じた場合であっても、周囲への影響を効果的に抑制することができる。

Claims (7)
- 中空形状を有するフレームと、
前記フレーム内に配置される電気部品と、
前記フレーム内に配置され、前記電気部品に電力を供給可能なバッテリと、
前記フレーム内の圧力が所定圧力値以下に低下した場合、又は、前記フレーム内外間の差圧が所定差圧値以下に低下した場合、前記バッテリから前記電気部品への電力供給を停止する保護装置と、
前記フレーム内で前記バッテリを収容する防爆容器と、
複数の電池セルを管理する管理装置と、
を備え、
前記バッテリは互いに直列接続された前記複数の電池セルを含み、
前記管理装置は、前記バッテリから前記電気部品に電力を供給するための電源ラインと独立した電源供給ルートを有し、
前記防爆容器は、前記管理装置及び前記電源供給ルートを前記バッテリとともに収容することを特徴とする防爆機器。 - 前記保護装置は、前記バッテリ及び前記電気部品間に設けられた電源ライン上に、前記バッテリから前記電気部品への通電を遮断可能に構成された切替リレーを含み、
前記防爆容器は、前記切替リレーを前記バッテリとともに収容することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防爆機器。 - 前記防爆容器は耐圧防爆容器であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の防爆機器。
- 前記フレームは内圧防爆容器であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の防爆機器。
- 前記防爆容器は安全増防爆容器であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の防爆機器。
- 前記バッテリから供給される電力により駆動可能なモータを走行用動力源として搭載した走行体であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の防爆機器。
- 前記バッテリを常用又は非常用電源とする制御盤であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の防爆機器。
