Claims (6)
- プラグ凹部(12)の下方に配置されるバルブハウジング(15)を備え、前記バルブハウジング(15)は、空気流通口(38,39,40)と、バルブダイヤフラム(17)を配置するべく、前記バルブハウジング(15)の中心軸に沿って配置される受けピン(16)と、を有し、前記バルブダイヤフラム(17)におけるダイヤフラムハブ(18)は、前記受けピン(16)に沿って配置されるとともに、前記バルブダイヤフラム(17)における径方向外側のリング縁部(19)は、前記バルブハウジング(15)のリング肩部(20)と接触し、前記ダイヤフラムハブ(18)は、前記プラグ凹部(12)の凹底(14)と、前記受けピン(16)に沿って配置されかつ、空気流通口(36)を有するサージ蓋(21)の蓋ハブ(22)との間に配置され、前記サージ蓋(21)と前記バルブダイヤフラム(17)との間に設けられたサージディスク(32)をさらに備え、液体容器の容器蓋に配置され、一体型の圧力補償手段を有して成るバングプラグ(10)であって、
前記サージディスク(32)と前記サージ蓋(21)とは、単一のユニットとして構成されており、
前記サージ蓋(21)は、前記バルブハウジング(15)内に取り付けるために、前記サージディスク(32)に対して軸方向に所定距離(a)を空けて配置される取付ディスク(26)を有し、
前記取付ディスク(26)は、前記バルブハウジング(15)のハウジング壁(30)における内壁部分(29)に配置される取付シートに対する係合接続を形成するための外側取付縁部を有する
ことを特徴とするバングプラグ。 - 請求項1に記載されたバングプラグにおいて、
前記サージ蓋(21)における前記取付ディスク(26)と、前記サージディスク(32)とは、連続した一体部品として形成される
ことを特徴とするバングプラグ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載されたバングプラグにおいて、
前記外側取付縁部は、係止リング(27)として実現されるとともに、前記取付シートは、係止溝(31)として実現される
ことを特徴とするバングプラグ。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載されたバングプラグにおいて、
前記サージ蓋(21)は、前記取付ディスク(26)とサージディスク(32)との間に軸方向において所定距離(a)を空けるためのスペーサリブ(33)を有し、
前記バルブハウジング(15)における前記ハウジング壁(30)は、リブ空間(34)に対して径方向に隣接する空気流通口(38)を有する
ことを特徴とするバングプラグ。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載されたバングプラグにおいて、
前記サージディスク(32)は、前記バルブハウジング(15)に形成された支持肩部(44)に対して前記サージディスク(32)を支持するための外側支持縁部(43)を有する
ことを特徴とするバングプラグ。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載されたバングプラグにおいて、
前記バングプラグ(10)の下側縁部(25)に隣接する前記取付ディスク(26)の下側部分(45)が、
前記バングプラグ(10)の前記下側縁部(25)から凹陥している、
又は、
前記バングプラグ(10)の前記下側縁部(25)と同一水平面上に配置されている
ことを特徴とするバングプラグ。
