Description
Claims (9)
- カーカスの内部空洞に含まれる空気の圧力下でシーリングを確保するのに適した不透過性層と、前記内部空洞の内側に収容された発泡材料とを含むタイヤであり;前記発泡材料がフラボノイドタンニンを基にしており、かつ、前記発泡材料が、フラボノイドタンニン、フルフリルアルコール、発泡剤および触媒から出発して製造されることを特徴とする、タイヤ。
- 前記発泡材料が、ホルムアルデヒドを含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記発泡材料が、0.01g/cm3〜0.25g/cm3の密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記発泡材料が、該内部空洞の体積の0.1%〜100%の体積を占めることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記発泡材料が、10mm〜200mmの厚みと、該内部空洞の幅の10%〜100%の幅とを有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記発泡材料が、該内部空洞の体積の0.4%〜20%の体積を占めることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記発泡材料が、20mm〜30mmの厚みと、該内部空洞の幅の20%〜40%の幅とを有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記発泡材料が、前記タイヤの該内部空洞の不透過性層の表面上に収容されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記発泡材料が、トロイド状で、または該不透過層と同等の長さを有するストリップ状で、または該不透過層の全体の長さを覆うように組み立てられた単一セグメント状で、該空洞内に収容されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ。
