Description
Claims (1)
- 骨接合の際に骨片を骨に固定するために用いられるか、または靭帯手術の際に移植片を固定するために用いられる、骨内埋込みねじ(1、101、201)であって、
複数のねじ山(4、104、204)により形成され、長手方向の軸(X2)の周りにいわゆる外部螺旋状に延びている、少なくとも1つの外ねじ山(2、102、202)と、
前記外ねじ山(2、102、202)の内部に延びており、前記長手方向の軸(X2)に対して概略平行である、収容部(6)と、
前記複数のねじ山(4、104、204)同士を接続するように配置された接続手段と、
を備えている、骨内埋込みねじ(1、101、201)において、
前記接続手段が複数のスペーサー(10、110、210)を備えており、それらのスペーサー(10、110、210)のそれぞれが少なくとも2つの連続するねじ山(4、104、204)を接続し、各スペーサーはあるねじ山に配置された第1の端部と、次のねじ山に配置された第2の端部を有しており、前記複数のスペーサー(10、110、210)が前記収容部(6)内に向かって開口する多数の貫通口(12、112、212)を規定するように配置され、
前記収容部(6)は前記外ねじ山(2、102)の少なくとも1つの端部内に向かって開口している中空の円柱体積部の範囲を規定している空間であり、前記中空の円柱体積部が、前記骨内埋込みねじ(1、101、201)を骨の中にねじ込んだ後、骨の円柱状部分を収容するように構成されており、
前記収容部(6)の前記中空の円柱体積部は、その直径(D6)が前記外ねじ山(2)の端部の内径(D2)と等しい、
ことを特徴とする、骨内埋込みねじ(1、101、201)。
