Description
1ガロン(3.785リットル)の甘味付けされていないDiet Pepsiのベースに、D−プシコース(完成した飲み物の10質量%)を加え、完全に溶解するまでその溶液を撹拌する。次いで、レバウディオサイドM(完成した飲み物当たり400ppm)を加え、完全に溶解するまでその溶液を再び撹拌する。このように調製されたシロップを、1対5の比率(1部のシロップと5部の炭酸水)でフローズン炭酸飲料調製装置(例えば、Cornelius V3)に入れる。その結果得られるFCBは、良好な二酸化炭素超過、滑らかでクリーミーな口当たりおよび美味しい味を有する。その上、そのシロップは、高品質のFCBを一貫して生じるようにそのFCB装置に連続的に通すことができる。
以下のようにして、実施例1を繰り返す:D−プシコースは5%、エリトリトールが3.5%、レバウディオサイドMは200ppmである。

Claims (13)
- (a)レバウディオサイドM、および(b)フローズン飲料の総質量に基づいて1質量%から10質量%の量のD−プシコースを含み、総ブリックスレベルが少なくとも6.6%であり、ゼロカロリー、低カロリーまたは減カロリー飲料である、フローズン飲料。
- 前記飲料一杯分8オンス(約240ml)当たり約5カロリー未満のカロリー含量を有する、または前記飲料一杯分8オンス(約240ml)当たり約40カロリー未満のカロリー含量を有する、請求項1記載のフローズン飲料。
- 1種類以上の栄養甘味料をさらに含む、請求項1または2記載のフローズン飲料。
- 前記栄養甘味料が、ショ糖または異性化糖である、請求項3記載のフローズン飲料。
- エリトリトール、D−タガトース、またはエリトリトールとD−タガトースの両方をさらに含む、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のフローズン飲料。
- 前記フローズン飲料の総質量に基づいて0.1質量%から4質量%の量でエリトリトールを、および/または前記フローズン飲料の総質量に基づいて0.1質量%から1質量%の量でD−タガトースを含む、請求項5記載のフローズン飲料。
- 前記フローズン飲料の総質量に基づいて2質量%から5質量%の量でD−プシコースを含む、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載のフローズン飲料。
- ステビオール配糖体、アスパルテーム、アセスルファム塩、サッカリン、シクラミン酸塩、スクラロース、アリテーム、ネオテーム、グリシルリジン、ラカンカ、ネオヘスペリジンジヒドロカルコン、モナチン、モネリン、タウマチンおよびブラゼインからなる群より選択される非栄養甘味料をさらに含む、請求項1から7いずれか1項記載のフローズン飲料。
- 前記非栄養甘味料が、レバウディオサイドA、およびレバウディオサイドDからなる群より選択される、請求項1から8いずれか1項記載のフローズン飲料。
- フローズン炭酸飲料、フローズンソフトドリンク、フローズン果汁、またはフローズン果汁風味飲料である、請求項1から9いずれか1項記載のフローズン飲料。
- コーラまたはレモンライムソフトドリンクである、請求項1から10いずれか1項記載のフローズン飲料。
- ゼロカロリー、低カロリーまたは減カロリーのフローズン炭酸飲料を製造する方法であって、(1)(a)レバウディオサイドMと、(b)D−プシコースとを組み合わせ、ゼロ、低または減カロリーのフローズン炭酸飲料用シロップを調製する工程;(2)前記ゼロ、低または減カロリーのフローズン炭酸飲料用シロップをフローズン炭酸飲料分配装置中に充填する工程;および(3)前記ゼロカロリー、低カロリーまたは減カロリーのフローズン炭酸飲料を前記フローズン炭酸飲料分配装置から分配する工程を有してなり、前記飲料が前記フローズン飲料の総質量に基づいて1質量%から10質量%の量のD−プシコースを含み、前記フローズン飲料の総ブリックスレベルが少なくとも6.6%である方法。
- 前記ゼロカロリー、低カロリーまたは減カロリーのフローズン炭酸飲料を前記フローズン炭酸飲料分配装置に少なくとも3回通す工程をさらに有する請求項12記載の方法。
