Description
[実施例]
本発明に係る溶剤組成物の効果を確認するために、第1試料乃至第8試料を準備した。準備された各試料の組成を表1に示す。
1.凝固試験
蓋付き透明ガラスビンに小分けされた第1試料乃至第8試料の試験用サンプルに対して凝固試験を実施した。表2に凝固試験の結果を示す。
2.乾燥試験
蓋付き透明ガラスビンに小分けされた第1試料乃至第8試料の試験用サンプルに対して乾燥試験を実施した。表3に乾燥試験の結果を示す。
3.塗料の溶解試験
蓋付き透明ガラスビンに小分けされた第1試料乃至第8試料の試験用サンプルに対して塗料の溶解試験を実施した。表4に塗料の溶解試験の結果を示す。
4.ブレーキ汚れ洗浄試験
蓋付き透明ガラスビンに小分けされた第1試料乃至第5試料の試験用サンプルに対して、金属部品の例としてタイヤホイールを用いて洗浄試験を実施した。表5に塗料のブレーキ汚れ洗浄試験の結果を示す。
5.加工油との相溶性試験
蓋付き透明ガラスビンに小分けされた第1試料乃至第5試料の試験用サンプルに対して、加工油との相溶性試験を実施した。表6に加工油との相溶性試験の結果を示す。
Claims (7)
- 炭酸ジメチルと、イソヘキサンと、アルコールとが混合されて合計で100重量%となる溶剤組成物において、
炭酸ジメチル50重量%未満と、イソヘキサン50重量%未満と、アルコールとが混合されてなり、
アルコールがエタノールであり、
炭酸ジメチルが40〜47重量%と、イソヘキサン45〜48重量%と、エタノール6〜12重量%とが混合されてなることを特徴とする溶剤組成物。 - 炭酸ジメチルとイソヘキサンとが等量混合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶剤組成物。
- 炭酸ジメチルと、イソヘキサンと、アルコールとが混合されて合計で100重量%となる溶剤組成物において、
炭酸ジメチル50重量%未満と、イソヘキサン50重量%未満と、アルコールとが混合されてなり、
アルコールがエタノールであり、
炭酸ジメチルが45重量%と、イソヘキサン45重量%と、エタノール10重量%とが混合されてなることを特徴とする溶剤組成物。 - 炭酸ジメチルと、イソヘキサンと、アルコールとが混合されて合計で100重量%となる溶剤組成物において、
炭酸ジメチル50重量%未満と、イソヘキサン50重量%未満と、アルコールとが混合されてなり、
アルコールがエタノールであり、
炭酸ジメチルが47重量%と、イソヘキサン47重量%と、エタノール6重量%とが混合されてなることを特徴とする溶剤組成物。 - 塗料、インクの希釈及び溶解に用いる溶剤であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の溶剤組成物。
- 加工油の脱脂に用いる溶剤であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の溶剤組成物。
- 部品の洗浄に用いる溶剤であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の溶剤組成物。
