Description
Claims (15)
- 造形材料の第1の層の融合領域の温度及び非融合領域の温度を測定し、
該第1の層の該非融合領域の測定された温度に応じて造形材料の後続の層のための予熱設定を決定し、
造形材料の該後続の層にプリント剤を塗布するためのプリント命令を決定し、該後続の層のための該プリント命令により指示される該プリント剤の塗布が、前記第1の層の前記融合領域の前記測定された温度に応じて、融合に先立ち、予熱された造形材料の温度を所定の温度にするものであり、
造形材料の前記後続の層を形成し、
造形材料の該後続の層を前記予熱設定に従って予熱し、及び、
前記プリント命令に基づいて該後続の層上に前記プリント剤を選択的に塗布する
ことを含む方法。 - 前記非融合領域の温度が、該非融合領域内の複数の位置で測定される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の位置の各々について予熱設定が決定される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記予熱設定が、予熱ランプのデューティサイクルである、請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記非融合領域の前記測定された温度が所定の予熱温度と比較され、及び前記後続の層のための前記予熱設定が、前記測定された温度と前記所定の予熱温度との差に基づいて決定される、請求項1ないし請求項4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記後続の層のためのプリント命令を決定することが、該後続の層のための所定のプリント命令を変更することを含む、請求項1ないし請求項5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記融合領域の温度が複数の位置で測定されて温度分布プロファイルが形成され、該温度分布プロファイルが予測される温度分布プロファイルと比較される、請求項1ないし請求項6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記後続の層のためのプリント命令を決定することが、融合に先立って前記予熱された造形材料の温度を前記所定の温度にするために前記後続の層にプリント剤を塗布するスケジュールを決定することを含む、請求項1ないし請求項7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記後続の層のためのプリント命令を決定することが、融合に先立って前記予熱された造形材料の温度を前記所定の温度にするようにプリント剤の種類又は組成を決定することを含む、請求項1ないし請求項7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記測定された温度又は生成されるべきオブジェクトを表すオブジェクトモデルデータに基づいて前記融合領域及び前記非融合領域を識別することを更に含む、請求項1ないし請求項9の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 造形材料の第1の層の融合領域の温度及び非融合領域の温度を測定するための温度センサと、
処理回路と
を備えた積層造形装置であって、
該処理回路が、
前記温度センサにより測定された前記第1の層の前記融合領域の温度及び前記非融合領域の温度に基づいて融合に先立って後続の層の造形材料の温度を制御する温度制御モジュールを備えており、
該温度制御モジュールが、前記第1の層の前記非融合領域の前記測定された温度に応じて前記後続の層の予熱設定を決定し、及び前記第1の層の前記融合領域の前記測定された温度に応じて融合に先立ち前記予熱された造形材料を所定の温度にするために前記後続の層にプリント剤を塗布するためのプリント命令を決定する、
積層造形装置。 - 前記温度センサがサーマルイメージングカメラを含む、請求項11に記載の積層造形装置。
- 命令を含むマシン読み取り可能媒体であって、該命令が、プロセッサにより実行された際に、
層毎の積層造形プロセスにおいて造形材料の後続の層のための予熱設定を決定し、及び、
該後続の層にプリント剤を塗布するためのプリント命令を決定する
ことを前記プロセッサに行わせるものであり、
前記予熱設定が、前の層の非融合領域の測定された温度に応じて決定され、及び前記プリント命令が、該前の層の融合領域の測定された温度に応じて、融合に先立ち予熱された造形材料の温度を所定の温度にするために決定される、
マシン読み取り可能媒体。 - 前記プリント命令が、造形材料の前記後続の層上にプリント剤を塗布するスケジュールを含む、請求項13に記載のマシン読み取り可能媒体。
- プロセッサにより実行された際に、融合に先立ち前記層にわたって所望の温度分布を提供する最適なスケジュールを該プロセッサに取得させる命令を更に含む、請求項14に記載のマシン読み取り可能媒体。
