Claims (11)
- 物体(2)の光音響画像化用のデバイス(1)であって、
前記物体(2)の関心領域(3)に電磁放射(6)を照射するための照射ユニットと、
前記電磁放射(6)の照射の際に前記物体(2)の前記関心領域(3)に発生した音響波、特に超音波を検出するための検出ユニット(9)と、を備え、前記検出ユニット(9)が一つ以上の集束検出要素(23)を備え、前記一つ以上の集束検出要素(23)の一つ以上の集束点(19)が一つ以上の点状検出位置(19)に対応し、前記一つ以上の点状検出位置(19)の各々が、前記物体(2)から放出された音響波が収集される発散視野(12)を示し、
該デバイス(1)が、前記一つ以上の集束点(19)と前記物体(2)との間に位置する中間表面(10b)を更に備え、光音響画像化中に前記一つ以上の集束点(19)が前記物体(2)の前記関心領域(3)の外に位置し、前記中間表面(10b)が前記物体(2)に物理的に接触して、前記一つ以上の集束点(19)と画像化されている前記物体(2)の表面(4)との間に不変距離が定められ、前記一つ以上の集束点(19)が前記物体(2)の表面(4)から0.1から10mm離れて位置することを特徴とするデバイス(1)。 - 前記点状検出位置(19)及び前記照射ユニットが携帯構成又は携帯ユニット内に収容されている、請求項1に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記中間表面(10b)及び/又は前記デバイス(1)の筐体が、前記物体(2)の光音響画像化中に前記物体(2)が前記中間表面(10b)に対して動かないように前記物体(2)を前記中間表面(10b)に対して適所に維持するように、配置及び/又は設計されている、請求項1又は2に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記点状検出位置(19)が、前記中間表面(10b)及び/又は前記物体(1)の表面(4)の近傍に位置し、特に、前記中間表面(10b)及び/又は前記物体(2)の表面(4)から2mm未満、特に1mm未満の距離に位置する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載にデバイス(1)。
- 複数の検出要素(23)が一次元又は二次元アレイで配置され、該検出要素(23)の集束点が、音響波を検出するための前記点状検出位置に位置する、請求項1に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記検出ユニット(9)が、前記検出要素(23)の集束点(19)を偏向させて、前記集束点(19)を前記関心領域(3)の外の異なる横方向位置に位置決めするための少なくとも一つの偏向要素(18)を備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記偏向要素(18)が、前記照射ユニット(5)が照射する電磁放射(6)の少なくとも一部に対して透過性である、請求項6に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記検出ユニット(9)が、音響波が通過する一つ以上の点状開口(42)を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記検出ユニット(9)において音響波の強度の大部分、好ましくは70%又は90%超が検出前に前記点状開口(42)を通過するように、前記点状開口(42)が構成及び/又は配置されている、請求項8に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記デバイス(1)が、前記デバイス(1)を検査中の物体(2)の上に位置決めするように、及び/又は、前記デバイス(1)を検査中の前記物体(2)に対して手で移動させるように、特に前記物体(2)の外側表面(4)の上に位置決め又は前記物体(2)の外側表面(4)に沿って移動させるように、指及び/又は手で掴まれて保持されるように構成された手持ち式デバイスである、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 物体(2)の音響画像化用の方法であって、
照射ユニット(5)を用いて、前記物体(2)の関心領域(3)に電磁放射(6)、特に光を照射して、前記電磁放射(6)の照射の際に前記物体(2)の前記関心領域(3)に発生した音響波、特に超音波を検出することを含み、
前記音響波が一つ以上の集束検出要素(23)によって検出され、前記一つ以上の集束検出要素(23)の一つ以上の集束点(19)が一つ以上の点状検出位置(19)に対応し、前記一つ以上の点状検出位置(19)の各々が、前記物体(2)から放出された音響波が収集される発散視野(12)を示し、
中間表面(10b)が前記一つ以上の集束点(19)と前記物体(2)との間に位置し、前記一つ以上の集束点(19)が前記物体(2)の前記関心領域(3)の外に位置し、前記中間表面(10b)が前記物体(2)に物理的に接触して、前記一つ以上の集束点(19)と画像化されている前記物体(2)の表面(4)との間に不変距離が定められ、前記一つ以上の集束点(19)が前記物体(2)の表面(4)から0.1から10mm離れて位置することを特徴とする方法。
