Claims (9)
- 噴射積層体であって、
本体チャンバーのアレイを形成する一連のプレートであって、噴射口のアレイを有するノズルプレートを含み、各噴射口が本体チャンバーに対応する、一連のプレートを備え、
前記一連のプレートは、
本体チャンバーポートと、本体チャンバーとを有し、この本体チャンバーポートを通して、流体が本体チャンバーに入り、本体チャンバーから出ることができ、
流体が前記本体チャンバーポートに到達できるように、前記本体チャンバーポートに連結される入口チャネルと、
流体が前記入口チャネルに入れるように、前記入口チャネルに連結される入口ポートと、を有し、
前記本体チャンバーポートと前記噴射口との間に、前記本体チャンバーポートとの対向部分に複数の穴を有し、気泡の通過を抑制する気泡通過抑制プレートが配置され、
前記入口チャネルのうち、前記入口ポートとは反対側の部分は、前記噴射口と前記気泡通過抑制プレートとの間に接続される、
噴射積層体。 - 前記流体にはインクが含まれる、請求項1に記載の噴射積層体。
- 前記噴射積層体が流路を形成し、前記気泡通過抑制プレートにより、気泡が前記流路内に閉じ込めされる、請求項1に記載の噴射積層体。
- 前記流路には、前記入口ポートから前記入口チャネルと前記噴射口を介して前記噴射口より流体噴出側に配置された出口ノズルに繋がる経路が含まれる、請求項3に記載の噴射積層体。
- 前記一連のプレートには、隔膜プレート、本体チャンバープレート、本体チャンバーポートプレート、入口チャネルプレート、出口プレート、およびノズルプレートが含まれる、請求項1に記載の噴射積層体。
- 前記気泡通過抑制プレートが前記穴のアレイを含む、請求項1に記載の噴射積層体。
- それぞれの前記穴の直径のサイズが、気泡の浮力より大きなメニスカス力を生成するよう選択される、請求項6に記載の噴射積層体。
- それぞれの前記穴の直径が18マイクロメートル未満である、請求項6に記載の噴射積層体。
- それぞれの前記穴の直径が50マイクロメートル未満である、請求項6に記載の噴射積層体。
