Description

Claims (36)
- 複数の織物層を有する三次元(3D)織物プリフォームであって、前記織物プリフォームは、
一体的に織られた層を含むプリフォームのベースセクションを含み、
前記プリフォームの前記ベースセクションの少なくとも1つの端部は、
少なくとも1つの中央セクション、
一体的に織られた層を含む少なくとも2つの外側セクションを含む、少なくとも3つのセクションに分離され、
前記少なくとも2つの外側セクションは折り曲げられて、前記プリフォームの形状を形成し、そして前記少なくとも1つの中央セクションは前記少なくとも2つの外側セクションの間に形成されるギャップ内に圧縮され又は潰される、三次元(3D)織物プリフォーム。 - 前記少なくとも3つのセクションは前記ベースの前記少なくとも1つの部分を切断することによって形成される、請求項1記載のプリフォーム。

- 前記少なくとも1つの中央セクションは緯糸繊維とともに織られていない経糸繊維を含む、請求項1記載のプリフォーム。
- 前記少なくとも2つの外側セクションは折り曲げられてTプリフォームを形成する、請求項1記載のプリフォーム。
- 前記折り曲げられた少なくとも2つの外側セクションは実質的に同一平面状の上面を形成する、請求項8記載のプリフォーム。
- 前記ギャップをマトリックス材料が充填し、それにより、前記ギャップの上面は前記折り曲げられた少なくとも2つの外側セクションと実質的に同一平面になる、請求項9記載のプリフォーム。
- 前記マトリックス材料はエポキシ、ビスマレイミド、ポリエステル、ビニルエステル、セラミック及びカーボンからなる群より選ばれる、請求項10記載のプリフォーム。

一体的に織られた層を有する少なくとも2つの外側セクションとを含む、少なくとも3つのセクションを有するベースの少なくとも1つの端部を形成すること、及び、
前記少なくとも2つの外側セクションを折り曲げて、前記プリフォームの形状を形成すること、及び、
前記少なくとも2つの外側セクションの間に形成されたギャップ内に前記少なくとも1つの中央セクションを圧縮し又は潰すこと、
を含む方法。 - 前記少なくとも3つのセクションは前記プリフォームの前記第二のセクションをL軸に沿って切断することによって形成される、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも3つのセクションは前記ベースの前記第二の部分を織ることによって形成される、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記プリフォームを織る際にバインダーピックを用い、前記ベースの前記第二の部分の側部でバインダーピックを省略することによって少なくとも3つのセクションを形成し、前記プリフォームの別個のアームが折り曲げられて開放されたときに、二股分岐を形成することができる、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの中央セクションの1つ以上の層は独立に織られる、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの中央セクションの2つ以上の層は一体的に織られる、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの中央セクションは緯糸繊維とともに織られていない経糸繊維を含む、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2つの外側セクションを折り曲げてTプリフォームを形成すること、及び、
前記少なくとも2つの外側セクションの間でギャップ内に、織られていない繊維を圧縮又は潰すことを含む、請求項25記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも2つの外側セクションの前記折り曲げ部分の表面は実質的に同一平面状にある、請求項26記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの前記3D織物プリフォームは横並びで固定されており、前記少なくとも2つの3D織物プリフォームの少なくとも2つの隣接する側部はそれらのベース間にクレビスを形成する、請求項19記載の方法。
