Claims (21)
- 第1の処理が施された第1の生体試料と、前記第1の処理の比較対象となる該第1の処理とは異なる第2の処理が施された、前記第1の生体試料と同種の第2の生体試料とをそれぞれ時系列に撮像する撮像部と、
前記第1の生体試料を撮像した第1の画像と、該第1の画像と同じタイミングで前記第2の生体試料を撮像した第2の画像とを取得し、取得した前記第1の画像および前記第2の画像のそれぞれの特徴量を取得する処理と、取得した前記第1の画像の特徴量と前記第2の画像の特徴量との差分または差分の変化量を算出する処理と、算出された前記差分または前記差分の変化量に基づいて、前記第1の生体試料および前記第2の生体試料の撮像間隔を設定する処理とを、前記撮像部による時系列の撮像が行われている間に実行する撮像間隔設定部を備え、
前記撮像部が、前記撮像間隔設定部によって設定された撮像間隔を用いて、前記第1の生体試料および前記第2の生体試料の撮像を行うことを特徴とする撮像装置。 - 前記撮像間隔設定部が、前記第1の画像の特徴量と前記第2の画像の特徴量との差分または差分の変化量が予め設定された第1の閾値以上となった場合に、前記第1の画像および前記第2の画像の撮像時点の撮像間隔よりも該撮像時点以降の撮像間隔を短く設定する請求項1記載の撮像装置。
- 前記撮像間隔設定部が、前記第1の画像の特徴量と前記第2の画像の特徴量との差分または差分の変化量が予め設定された第2の閾値以下となった場合に、前記第1の画像および前記第2の画像の撮像時点の撮像間隔よりも該撮像時点以降の撮像間隔を長く設定する請求項1または2記載の撮像装置。
- 前記撮像間隔設定部が、前記第1の画像の特徴量と前記第2の画像の特徴量との差分または差分の変化量が大きいほど前記撮像間隔を短く設定する請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の撮像装置。
- 前記撮像間隔設定部が、前記第1の画像の特徴量と前記第2の画像の特徴量との差分または差分の変化量が小さいほど前記撮像間隔を長く設定する請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の撮像装置。
- 前記第1の生体試料および前記第2の生体試料が細胞である請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の撮像装置。
- 前記撮像間隔設定部が、前記特徴量として、前記第1の生体試料および前記第2の生体試料にそれぞれ含まれる細胞の数を取得する請求項6記載の撮像装置。
- 前記撮像間隔設定部が、前記第1の生体試料および前記第2の生体試料にそれぞれ含まれる細胞の形状に基づいて、前記細胞の数を取得する請求項7記載の撮像装置。
- 前記撮像間隔設定部が、前記特徴量として、前記第1の生体試料および前記第2の生体試料にそれぞれ含まれる死細胞の数を取得する請求項6から8いずれか1項記載の撮像装置。
- 前記撮像間隔設定部が、前記第1の生体試料および前記第2の生体試料にそれぞれ含まれる死細胞の形状に基づいて、前記死細胞の数を取得する請求項9記載の撮像装置。
- 前記撮像間隔設定部が、前記特徴量として、前記第1の生体試料および前記第2の生体試料にそれぞれ含まれる細胞の形状の特徴量を取得する請求項6から10いずれか1項記載の撮像装置。
- 前記撮像間隔設定部が、前記特徴量として、前記第1の生体試料および前記第2の生体試料にそれぞれ含まれる細胞の面積を取得する請求項6から11いずれか1項記載の撮像装置。
- 前記撮像間隔設定部が、前記特徴量として、前記第1の生体試料および前記第2の生体試料にそれぞれ含まれる細胞内小器官の形状の特徴量、個数、空間分布の特徴量および密度の少なくとも1つを取得する請求項6から12いずれか1項記載の撮像装置。
- 前記細胞内小器官が、細胞核、核小体またはミトコンドリアである請求項13記載の撮像装置。
- 前記細胞が、多能性幹細胞である請求項6から14いずれか1項記載の撮像装置。
- 前記撮像間隔設定部が、前記特徴量として、前記第1の生体試料および前記第2の生体試料から発せられた発光の強度または発光の空間分布の特徴量を取得する請求項1から15いずれか1項記載の撮像装置。
- 前記第1の処理および前記第2の処理のうちの少なくとも一方の処理が、化合物を添加する処理である請求項1から16いずれか1項記載の撮像装置。
- 前記第1の処理が化合物を添加する処理であって、前記第2の処理が前記化合物を添加しない処理である請求項17記載の撮像装置。
- 前記第1の処理および前記第2の処理を施す処理部を備えた請求項1から18いずれか1項記載の撮像装置。
- 前記撮像部が、顕微鏡を有する請求項1から19いずれか1項記載の撮像装置。
- 第1の処理が施された第1の生体試料と、前記第1の処理の比較対象となる該第1の処理とは異なる第2の処理が施された、前記第1の生体試料と同種の第2の生体試料とをそれぞれ時系列に撮像し、
前記第1の生体試料を撮像した第1の画像と、該第1の画像と同じタイミングで前記第2の生体試料を撮像した第2の画像とを取得し、取得した前記第1の画像および前記第2の画像のそれぞれの特徴量を取得する処理と、取得した前記第1の画像の特徴量と前記第2の画像の特徴量との差分または差分の変化量を算出する処理と、算出された前記差分または前記差分の変化量に基づいて、前記第1の生体試料および前記第2の生体試料の撮像間隔を設定する処理とを、時系列の撮像が行われている間に実行し、
設定した前記撮像間隔を用いて、前記第1の生体試料および前記第2の生体試料の撮像を行うことを特徴とする撮像方法。
