Description
Claims (26)
- 除細動システムであって、
除細動器と、
各カメラは前記除細動器によって治療を受けた患者の映像を取得するように構成される複数の映像カメラと、
前記患者と関連するデータを収集するように構成されるデータ収集ユニットと、
前記除細動システムと救急対応センターとの間における通信チャンネルを形成するように構成される通信ユニットと、
処理ユニットであって、
各画像が前記複数の映像カメラのうち少なくとも1つによって取得された複数の画像を前記救急対応センターに伝送することと、
前記複数の映像カメラのうち少なくとも1つの選択を前記救急対応センターから受取ることと、
前記複数の映像カメラのうち選択された少なくとも1つによって取得された映像を前記救急対応センターに伝送させることと、
前記通信チャンネルの利用可能なバンド幅とバンド幅の閾値とを比較することと、
前記利用可能なバンド幅が前記バンド幅の閾値以上となる場合、前記患者の映像及び前記患者と関連するデータを伝送させることと、
前記利用可能なバンド幅が前記バンド幅の閾値未満となる場合、前記患者の映像の伝送を中止し、前記患者と関連するデータのみを伝送させることと、
を行うように構成される処理ユニットと、
を含み、
前記患者と関連するデータは、心電図信号、酸素飽和度(SpO 2 )レベル、血圧、心拍出量、及び、少なくとも1つの圧迫パラメータ、の少なくとも一つを含む、
除細動システム。 - 請求項1に記載の除細動システムにおいて、前記バンド幅の閾値は少なくとも約750kbpsであることを特徴とする除細動システム。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の除細動システムにおいて、前記処理ユニットは、前記通信チャンネルの利用可能なバンド幅を確定するように構成されることを特徴とする除細動システム。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の除細動システムにおいて、前記処理ユニットは、前記通信チャンネルの利用可能なバンド幅を示す入力データを受取るように構成されることを特徴とする除細動システム。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の除細動システムにおいて、更に、音声ユニットを含み、前記音声ユニットは音声信号を受け取るように構成され、前記処理ユニットは更に、前記利用可能なバンド幅が前記バンド幅の閾値以上となる場合、前記音声信号を伝送させるように構成されることを特徴とする除細動システム。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の除細動システムにおいて、前記処理ユニットは更に、前記救急対応センターのユーザが前記複数の画像のうち少なくとも1つを選択することを可能にする十分なデータを前記救急対応センターに伝送させるように構成され、前記複数の映像カメラのうち少なくとも1つの選択は前記ユーザによる前記複数の画像のうち対応する少なくとも1つの選択に基づくことを特徴とする除細動システム。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の除細動システムにおいて、前記画像は静止画像であることを特徴とする除細動システム。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の除細動システムにおいて、前記複数の映像カメラのうち少なくとも1つは前記除細動器に取り付けられるように構成されることを特徴とする除細動システム。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の除細動システムにおいて、前記複数の映像カメラのうち少なくとも1つは前記患者を治療する人によって着用されるように構成されることを特徴とする除細動システム。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の除細動システムにおいて、更に、データ収集ユニットを含み、前記データ収集ユニットは、前記患者と関連する複数のタイプのデータを収集するように構成されることを特徴とする除細動システム。
- 請求項10に記載の除細動システムにおいて、前記処理ユニットは更に、複数のタイプのデータのうち1つの選択を前記救急対応センターから受け取り、前記選択されたタイプのデータを前記救急対応センターに伝送させるように構成される処理ユニットを含むことを特徴とする除細動システム。
- 請求項10又は11に記載の除細動システムにおいて、前記処理ユニットは更に前記複数のタイプのデータの識別子を前記救急対応センターに伝送させることを含むことを特徴とする除細動システム。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の除細動システムにおいて、前記通信チャンネルは無線通信チャンネルであることを特徴とする除細動システム。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の除細動システムにおいて、前記除細動器は自動体外式除細動器(AED)であることを特徴とする除細動システム。
- 複数の映像カメラを利用して、除細動器によって治療を受けた患者の対応する複数の映像を取得する取得段階であって、前記除細動器は除細動システムの部分を形成する取得段階と、
前記患者と関連するデータを収集する収集段階と、
前記除細動システムと救急対応センターとの間における通信チャンネルを形成する段階と、
各画像が前記複数の映像カメラのうち少なくとも1つによって取得された複数の画像を前記救急対応センターに伝送する段階と、
複数のタイプのデータのうち少なくとも1つの選択を前記救急対応センターから受取り、前記複数の映像カメラのうち選択された少なくとも1つによって取得された映像を前記救急対応センターに伝送させる段階と、を備え、
前記伝送させる段階は、
前記通信チャンネルの利用可能なバンド幅とバンド幅の閾値とを比較する比較段階と、
前記利用可能なバンド幅が前記バンド幅の閾値以上となる場合、前記患者の映像及び前記患者と関連するデータを伝送させる段階と、
前記利用可能なバンド幅が前記バンド幅の閾値未満となる場合、前記患者の映像の伝送を中止し、前記患者と関連するデータのみを伝送させる段階と、
を含み、
前記患者と関連するデータは、心電図信号、酸素飽和度(SpO2)レベル、血圧、心拍出量、及び、少なくとも1つの圧迫パラメータ、の少なくとも一つを含む、
除細動方法。 - 請求項15に記載の除細動方法において、前記複数の画像を伝送させる伝送段階は前記救急対応センターのユーザが前記複数の画像のうち少なくとも1つを選択することを可能にする十分なデータを前記救急対応センターに伝送させることを含み、
前記複数の映像カメラのうち少なくとも1つの選択は前記ユーザによる前記複数の画像のうち対応する少なくとも1つの選択に基づくことを特徴とする除細動方法。 - 請求項15又は16に記載の除細動方法において、前記画像は静止画像であることを特徴とする除細動方法。
- 請求項15から17のいずれか1項に記載の除細動方法において、更に前記患者と関連する複数のタイプのデータを収集する段階を含むことを特徴とする除細動方法。
- 請求項18に記載の除細動方法において、更に、複数のタイプのデータのうち1つの選択を前記救急対応センターから受取り、
前記選択されたタイプのデータを前記救急対応センターに伝送させる段階を含むことを特徴とする除細動方法。 - 請求項18又は19に記載の除細動方法において、更に前記複数のタイプのデータの識別子を前記救急対応センターに伝送させる段階を含むことを特徴とする除細動方法。
- 請求項15から20のいずれか1項に記載の除細動方法において、前記除細動器は自動体外式除細動器(AED)であることを特徴とする除細動方法。
- 請求項15から21のいずれか1項に記載の除細動方法において、前記伝送する段階は、前記利用可能なバンド幅が前記バンド幅の閾値以上となる場合、更に音声データを伝送させる段階を含むことを特徴とする除細動方法。
- 請求項15または22に記載の除細動方法において、更に前記通信チャンネルの利用可能なバンド幅を確定する段階を含むことを特徴とする除細動方法。
- 請求項15から23のいずれか1項に記載の除細動方法において、更に、前記通信チャンネルの利用可能なバンド幅を示す入力データを受取る段階を含むことを特徴とする除細動方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの圧迫パラメータは、胸骨動信号、圧迫比、及び、圧迫深さの少なくとも1つを含む、
