Claims (13)
- 体の解剖学的構造内の器具の前記体の解剖学的構造に対する動きを自動的に検出するためのシステムの作動方法であって、
前記システムの処理装置が、蛍光透視像のシーケンスを受信するステップと、
前記処理装置が、前記蛍光透視像のうちの少なくとも2つの中で前記器具を検出するステップと、
前記処理装置が、前記蛍光透視像のシーケンス中で、検出された前記器具の動き場を決定するステップと、
前記処理装置が、前記動き場を考慮して前記蛍光透視像のシーケンスを統合することにより統合された像のシーケンスを生成するステップと、
前記処理装置が、前記統合された像に基づいて、像の中で所望の特性をもつ領域を強調表示することを可能にする定量的尺度となる特徴的尺度を決定するステップと、
前記処理装置が、前記特徴的尺度に基づいて、前記統合された像の中で前記器具と同じ動き又は移動をする構造物を識別するステップと、
前記処理装置が、前記特徴的尺度の変動に基づいて、前記器具に対して前記解剖学的構造が強調されたか否かを判定することにより、前記体の解剖学的構造に対する前記器具の動きを検出するステップと、を含む、システムの作動方法。 - 前記蛍光透視像のシーケンスは、第1の蛍光透視像と第2の蛍光透視像とを含み、前記動き場を決定するステップは、前記第1の蛍光透視像の中で検出された位置と前記第2の蛍光透視像の中で検出された位置との間での前記器具の移動の決定を含み、前記移動は、複数の蛍光透視像を統合するために考慮される、請求項1に記載のシステムの作動方法。
- 前記蛍光透視像のシーケンスの統合は、時間的な統合である、請求項1又は2に記載のシステムの作動方法。
- 前記特徴的尺度は、統合された像のピクセル値のマップを含み、前記統合された像の中の前記器具と同じ動き又は移動をする構造物は、前記統合された像の各ピクセルのピクセル値の高さに基づいて決定される、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のシステムの作動方法。
- 前記ピクセル値が前記統合された像のシーケンスの中で変動するとき、前記特徴的尺度が変動する、請求項4に記載のシステムの作動方法。
- 前記処理装置が、前記蛍光透視像のシーケンスに含まれる少なくとも1つの蛍光透視像にロードマップを重ね合わせて表示して、前記少なくとも1つの蛍光透視像を前記ロードマップと共に可視化するステップをさらに含む、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のシステムの作動方法。
- 前記処理装置が、前記器具に対して前記解剖学的構造が不鮮明にされたと判定されるとき、前記ロードマップの表示をオフにするステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載のシステムの作動方法。
- 前記器具と同じ動き又は移動をする構造物は、脈管系内の石灰化部位を含む、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のシステムの作動方法。
- 前記器具と同じ動き又は移動をする構造物は、既に埋め込まれた要素を含む、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載のシステムの作動方法。
- 前記体の解剖学的構造内の前記器具の前記体の解剖学的構造に対する動きを自動的に検出するためのシステムであって、
前記蛍光透視像を生成するための装置と、
請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載のシステムの作動方法に従って前記蛍光透視像を処理するための処理装置と、を備える、システム。 - 前記統合された像を表示するためのモニターをさらに含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- ロードマップを提供するデータベースをさらに含む、請求項10又は11に記載のシステム。
- 前記体の解剖学的構造内の前記器具の前記体の解剖学的構造に対する動きを自動的に検出するためのコンピュータプログラムであって、前記コンピュータプログラムが請求項10に記載のシステムの処理装置において実行されるとき、請求項1に記載のシステムの作動方法を前記システムに実施させる、コンピュータプログラム。
