(膜分離装置)
図2に示す膜分離装置を作製し、これを用いて分離膜の分離能を評価した。図2の装置は、分離膜55を収容できる膜分離セル54と、膜分離セル54に予熱器を有する供給ライン53を介して原料を供給する供給タンク50a及びポンプ50bから構成される原料供給部51と、膜分離セル54に接続され、透過成分のスイープガスを供給する供給ボンベ52と、膜分離セル54を加熱するための加熱器56と、膜分離セル54から非透過成分を取り出すための非透過ガスライン57と、膜分離セル54から透過成分を取り出すための透過ガスライン58とを備える。
多孔質のアルミナからなるチューブ状の支持体(30mm×10mmφ、厚さ1mm)の外表面にゼオライト粒子をディップコートして担持し、この支持体を水ガラス、アルミン酸ナトリウム、及び脱イオン水を含む溶液に浸し、撹拌しながら60℃、24時間の水熱処理を行うことにより、膜面積0.00094m2のNaY型ゼオライト膜エレメントを作製した。このNaY型ゼオライト膜エレメントを分離膜として図2の装置に設置し、評価試験を行った。設置後の膜有効面積は0.00063m2であった。

常圧蒸留装置から得られる重質ナフサ留分と同一組成の原料ナフサA(表4)を上記分離膜に供給するシミュレーションを上記分離膜で得られた分離成績(透過率及び分離係数)に基づき行った。このとき、原料ナフサAに含まれる芳香族留分のうち90質量%に相当する量が分離された分離後ナフサBが得られた。得られた分離後ナフサBを改質原料油とし、下記の接触改質により改質生成物Cを得る反応についてシミュレーションを行った。
改質原料油の供給量:117.6ton/h
反応温度:490℃
反応圧力:0.42MPaG
LHSV:1.7h−1
水素/炭化水素モル比:1.7
Claims (8)
- 炭素数6〜10の炭化水素を含み、芳香族炭化水素の含有濃度が1〜30質量%である原料油を、第1の組成物と、該第1の組成物よりも芳香族炭化水素の含有濃度が大きい第2の組成物とに分離する第1の工程と、
前記第1の組成物を含む改質原料油を接触改質して、前記改質原料油よりも芳香族炭化水素の含有濃度が大きい第3の組成物を得る第2の工程と、
を備え、
前記第3の組成物の一部を前記原料油中にリサイクルする、
改質ガソリンの製造方法。 - 前記第2の組成物及び前記第3の組成物の混合物を、第4の組成物と、該第4の組成物よりも芳香族炭化水素の含有濃度が大きい第5の組成物とに分離する第3の工程を更に備える、請求項1に記載の改質ガソリンの製造方法。
- 炭素数6〜10の炭化水素を含み、芳香族炭化水素の含有濃度が1〜30質量%である原料油を、第1の組成物と、該第1の組成物よりも芳香族炭化水素の含有濃度が大きい第2の組成物とに分離する第1の工程と、
前記第1の組成物を含む改質原料油を接触改質して、前記改質原料油よりも芳香族炭化水素の含有濃度が大きい第3の組成物を得る第2の工程と、
前記第2の組成物及び前記第3の組成物の混合物を、第4の組成物と、該第4の組成物よりも芳香族炭化水素の含有濃度が大きい第5の組成物とに分離する第3の工程と、
備える、改質ガソリンの製造方法。 - 前記第3の工程において、蒸留分離、抽出分離、膜分離及び吸着分離のうちの一種以上の分離操作によって前記第4の組成物及び前記第5の組成物を得る、請求項2又は3に記載の改質ガソリンの製造方法。
- 前記原料油の一部、又は沸点が30℃以上200℃以下であり、芳香族炭化水素の含有濃度が1〜30質量%である他の原料油を、前記改質原料油に含有させる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の改質ガソリンの製造方法。
- 前記第1の工程において、蒸留分離、抽出分離、膜分離及び吸着分離のうちの一種以上の分離操作によって前記第1の組成物及び前記第2の組成物を得る、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の改質ガソリンの製造方法。
- 前記第1の工程において、膜分離によって前記第1の組成物及び前記第2の組成物を得る、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の改質ガソリンの製造方法。
- 前記第1の工程で得られる前記第1の組成物における芳香族炭化水素の含有濃度が前記原料油における芳香族炭化水素の含有濃度よりも小さく、
前記第2の工程で得られる前記第3の組成物における芳香族炭化水素の含有濃度が50質量%以上である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の改質ガソリンの製造方法。
