Description

The present invention relates to an air conditioning duct device for a building.

Generally, an air conditioning duct device is configured by connecting a plurality of duct members in a line. Each duct member is provided with a flange. The flanges of two adjacent duct members are joined by screws, welding, or the like.
In Patent Literature 1, a flange is eliminated from a rectangular duct member, and instead, a joint plate separate from the rectangular duct member is used to connect adjacent rectangular duct members to each other. The joint plate has a substantially Ω-shaped cross section and extends straight along the circumferential direction of the rectangular duct member. The joint plate is disposed so as to straddle between outer surfaces of adjacent rectangular duct members, and is connected to each of the rectangular duct members by screwing or welding.

Japanese Patent No. 2961369

The structure in which the flanges of a pair of duct members are connected to each other by screws or welding requires not only space for placing the flanges around the duct members, but also screwing and welding work at the air-conditioning duct equipment construction site. is there.
Also in Patent Document 1, it is necessary to perform screwing and welding work for joining a joint plate to a rectangular duct member at a construction site.
In view of such circumstances, the present invention provides a connecting means that can easily connect the rectangular duct members of the air conditioning duct device, can reduce the work at the construction site, and does not need to secure a wide arrangement space around the duct member. The purpose is to provide.

To solve the above problems, the air conditioning duct device according to the present invention,
A plurality of rectangular duct members connected to each other,
Connecting means for connecting two adjacent rectangular duct members to each other,
The connecting means,
A pair of connection receiving members provided so as to extend along opposite sides of the two rectangular duct members facing each other in parallel with each other,
A connection member interposed between the pair of connection receiving members,
The connection member has a pair of fitting portions and extends in parallel with the connection receiving member,
Each of the pair of fitting portions is fitted to a corresponding connection receiving member so as to be slidable in the extending direction.

According to this connection means, the pair of square duct members can be easily connected to each other by slidingly fitting the pair of fitting portions of the connection member to the connection receiving member of the corresponding square duct member. The connection receiving member can be attached to the rectangular duct member in advance, and the work at the construction site of the air conditioning duct device can be reduced. Further, the connecting means does not need to protrude much from the outer periphery of the rectangular duct member, and it is not necessary to secure a wide space for disposing the connecting means around the rectangular duct member.

It is preferable that the connecting member has a connecting web connecting the pair of fitting portions and has a substantially H-shaped cross section.
The coupling receiving member has a fitting groove extending in the extending direction, a pair of locking protrusions that cover the side of the fitting groove facing the rectangular duct member to be connected and face each other, and a pair of locking protrusions. Having a communication slit formed between the parts,
It is preferable that the fitting portion is accommodated in the fitting groove, and the connection web is passed through the communication slit.
Since the fitting portion accommodated in the fitting groove is locked by the locking projection, the fitting portion is prevented from coming off the fitting groove. Thus, the pair of rectangular duct members can be reliably connected to each other.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, square duct members of an air-conditioning duct apparatus can be easily connected, and the work on a construction site can be reduced. Moreover, it is not necessary to secure a large space for the connecting means around the rectangular duct member.
