読取装置1を対象物に対して平行方向に動かす必要がある。

対象物を撮像し、画像として取得する撮像部と、
光線を発する光源を用いて、1次元的な所定の方向に振り幅を有した前記光線からなる走査光を照射し、前記対象物に含まれるコード情報を読み取る読取部と、
を備え、
前記走査光の振り幅方向の中心と、前記撮像部の光軸とが所定の位置で交わるように、前記撮像部と前記読取部を配置する、
ことを特徴とする読取装置。

前記撮像部と前記読取部の配置は、前記読取部と前記撮像部との距離、及び、前記撮像部と前記対象物との距離に基づいて決定される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の読取装置。
<請求項3>
対象物を撮像し、画像として取得する撮像部と、
光線を発する光源を用いて、1次元的な所定の方向に振り幅を有した前記光線からなる走査光を照射し、前記対象物に含まれるコード情報を読み取る読取部と、
前記撮像部の光軸と対象物が垂直になったか否かを判別する判別部と、
前記判別部により、前記撮像部の光軸と対象物が垂直になったと判別された場合に、前記撮像部から対象物までの距離を示す距離情報を取得する取得部と、を備え、
前記読取部は、前記走査光の振り幅方向の中心と、前記撮像部の光軸とが、対象物上において交わるように、前記取得部により取得された距離情報に基づいて前記走査光の照射方向を変更する、
ことを特徴とする読取装置。

前記判別部により、前記撮像部の光軸と対象物が垂直になったと判別された場合に、報知を行う報知部、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の読取装置
<請求項5>
前記取得部は、ユーザの操作入力により前記距離情報を取得する、
ことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の読取装置。
<請求項6>
前記取得部は、測距センサにより距離情報を取得する、
ことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の読取装置。

Claims (3)
- 対象物を撮像し、画像として取得する撮像部と、
光線を発する光源を用いて、1次元的な所定の方向に振り幅を有した前記光線からなる走査光を照射し、前記対象物に含まれるコード情報を読み取る読取部と、
前記撮像部から前記対象物までの距離を測定する測距手段と、
を備え、
前記読取部は、
前記走査光の振り幅方向の中心が前記撮像部の光軸と前記対象物上において交わるように、当該読取部から前記撮像部までの距離及び当該撮像部から前記対象物までの距離に基づいて前記走査光の照射方向が設定されているとともに、
前記測距手段により測定された前記撮像部から前記対象物までの距離に基づいて、前記走査光の振り幅方向の中心と前記撮像部の光軸とが前記対象物上で交わるように、前記走査光の照射方向を変更可能に構成されている、
ことを特徴とする読取装置。 - 前記撮像部の光軸が前記対象物に対して略垂直となっているか否かを判別する垂直判別手段、を備え、
前記読取部は、前記垂直判別手段により前記撮像部の光軸が前記対象物に対して略垂直となっていると判別されたタイミングに基づいて、前記走査光の照射方向を設定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の読取装置。 - 前記測距手段による距離の測定および前記垂直判別手段による判別は、前記撮像部により取得された前記対象物の画像に基づいて実施される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の読取装置。
