Description
The present invention relates to a technique for protecting young trees vegetated on the ground so that they do not suffer from damage by pests or the like.
The protective device such as a seedling described in Patent Literature 1 includes a protection net that covers a seedling and the like and a support that is disposed inside the protection net in order to prevent a tree seedling and the like from being eaten by wild animals. A material, a first ring, and a second ring are included. The support member is a long member spirally disposed on the peripheral wall of the protection net. The first ring is a circular ring-shaped member, and is disposed at one end of the support. The second ring is a circular ring-shaped member, and is disposed at the other end of the support. The support net, the first ring, and the second ring hold the protection net in an upright cylindrical or truncated cone shape. On the outer surface side of the peripheral wall of the protection net, a column is driven into the ground, and a support member, a first ring, and a second ring are hooked to the column at a plurality of locations. The protective equipment such as a seedling has a high strength in which a support material, a first ring, and a second ring are incorporated in order to prevent the protective net from being deformed by the weight of snow and damaging the seedling. It has a structure. Further, the protective equipment such as a seedling is configured to be assembled at the work site.
In the protective equipment such as a seedling described in Patent Literature 1, the support member, the first ring, and the second ring that hold the protective net in an upright cylindrical shape or a truncated cone shape are hooked and fastened to the support column at a plurality of locations by fasteners. Therefore, there is a problem that the assembling work on site where the protective equipment such as the seedlings are installed is troublesome. In addition, the protective equipment such as a seedling is composed of a protective net, a support material, a first ring, a second ring, a support, and a plurality of fasteners, and has a problem that the number of parts is large.
An object of the present invention is to provide a young tree protector which has a small number of parts and can be easily assembled at the installation site.

The present invention is a young tree protector attached to a young tree vegetated on the ground,
A tubular covering portion for covering the young tree,
A tubular insertion portion that projects inward from the cover portion and extends along the longitudinal direction of the cover portion, and through which a rod-shaped member can be inserted,
A first ear portion formed by a single weave so as to extend inward from one side of the cover portion along a length direction of the cover portion;
A second ear formed by a single weave so as to extend inward from the other side of the covering portion along a length direction of the covering portion;
The insertion portion is formed at an intermediate portion of at least one of the first ear portion and the second ear portion, in parallel with the cover portion,
The covering part and the insertion part are formed of a double weave, and are a young tree protector.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the cover portion and the insertion portion are made of resin.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the resin contains biodegradable fibers.
Further, the invention is characterized in that it further includes a fixing member for fixing a lower end portion of the covering portion to the ground.
According to the present invention, in a state where the covering portion covers the young tree vegetated on the ground, the rod-shaped member is inserted into the insertion portion, and the lower end of the rod-shaped member is driven into the ground, whereby the young plant vegetated on the ground is obtained. The young tree can be equipped with a young tree protector. Further, since the covering portion and the insertion portion are made of a double woven material, and the first ear portion and the second ear portion are made of a single woven material, for example, a first tubular portion for realizing the covering portion, A fabric having a second tubular portion for realizing an insertion portion woven in parallel with the tubular portion is woven by switching between a single weave and a double weave, and the first tubular portion is turned upside down. Thereby, the young tree protector in which the first ear portion and the second ear portion are located in the cover portion can be easily formed as an integral fabric, and can be mass-produced at low cost, and versatile. High young tree protection can be easily provided.
According to the present invention, the insertion portion projects inward from the cover portion and extends along the longitudinal direction of the cover portion. Therefore, by inserting the rod-shaped member into the insertion portion, the insertion portion and the cover portion are formed in a rod-like shape. It is held in a tubular shape by a member. This eliminates the necessity of hanging the protective net on the support post by using a plurality of fasteners as in the above-described conventional technique, thereby reducing the number of parts of the young-wood protector and facilitating assembly on site. .
Further, according to the present invention, since the covering portion and the insertion portion are made of resin, the covering portion and the insertion portion can be manufactured by one member at the same time using the same material. Can be manufactured with high production efficiency.
Further, according to the present invention, since the resin contains biodegradable fibers, the young tree protector is completely decomposed by microorganisms in the soil after a certain period of time, and is naturally decomposed by carbon dioxide, methane, water, biomass and the like. It turns into a by-product and prevents environmental pollution.
Further, according to the present invention, since the lower end portion of the covering portion is fixed to the ground by the fixing member, it is possible to prevent the young tree protector from falling out of the rod-shaped member due to the wind. Further, it is possible to prevent the vermin from lifting the lower end of the covering portion and damaging the young tree protective equipment.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state where a young tree protector 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention is mounted on a young tree 4. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the young tree protector 1 shown in FIG. 1 as viewed from a section line II-II. FIG. 3 is a diagram schematically illustrating a tissue structure of the synthetic fiber woven fabric 11. FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the schematic diagram shown in FIG.
The young tree protector 1 is made of, for example, a woven fabric 11 of synthetic fiber, and has a cylindrical cover portion 2 and a cylindrical insertion portion 3 that projects inward from the cover portion 2 and extends along the longitudinal direction of the cover portion 2. And In the state where the covering part 2 covers the young tree 4 vegetated on the ground 6, the strut 5 inserted into the insertion part 3 is driven into the ground 6, and the young tree 4 Attached to. As the synthetic fiber used for the young tree protective equipment 1, for example, polylactic acid fiber, trade name “Ecodia” (registered trademark) manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc. is used.
The young tree protector 1 includes, for example, a synthetic fiber woven fabric 11 in which a first tubular portion 13 as a cover portion 2 and a second tubular portion 16 as an insertion portion 3 are double-woven (tubular weave). The first tubular portion 13 is used in a state where the first tubular portion 13 is turned upside down, and the insertion portion 3 protrudes inward from the cover portion 2 and extends along the longitudinal direction of the cover portion 2.
In FIGS. 3 and 4 showing the structure of the woven fabric 11, the warp yarn 17 is indicated by a circle and the weft yarn 18 is indicated by a solid line. The warp 17 extends in the length direction of the young tree protector 1, and the weft 18 extends in the width direction of the young tree protector 1 perpendicular to the warp 17.
As shown in FIG. 3, the synthetic fiber woven fabric 11 includes a first tubular portion 13, a first ear portion 14 woven on a single side on one side of the first tubular portion 13, and a first tubular portion 13. A second ear portion 15 woven by a single weave on the other side of the portion 13, and the second tubular portion 16 is woven at an intermediate portion of the first ear portion 14.
The first tubular portion 13 divides the warp 17 and the weft 18 extending over the first ear 14 and the second ear 15 into two minutes between the first ear 14 and the second ear 15, respectively. The two sets of warp 17 and weft 18 are woven. The second cylindrical portion 16 is woven by two sets of the warp 17 and the weft 18 that are obtained by dividing the warp 17 and the weft 18 of the first ear 14 at the middle of the first ear 14 respectively.
FIG. 4 is an enlarged view schematically showing the tissue structure of the fabric of the second tubular portion 16 and the first ear portion 14 connected to the second tubular portion 16. The weft 18 is sent in the direction indicated by reference numeral 1, and the weft 18 is sent in the direction indicated by reference numeral 2, which is the opposite direction to the direction indicated by reference numeral 1, to form a fabric forming one of the second tubular portions 16. Is done. The weft 18 is sent in the direction indicated by reference numeral 3 (the direction indicated by reference numeral 1), and the weft 18 is sent in the direction indicated by reference numeral 4 (the direction indicated by reference numeral 2), which is the opposite direction to the direction indicated by reference numeral 3. The fabric constituting the other of the second cylindrical portion 16 is configured. As described above, the first tubular portion 13 and the second tubular portion 16 are woven into a shape in which both ends of two overlapping fabrics are joined.
The diameter × length of the cover 2 of the young tree protector 1 formed by inverting the first cylindrical portion 13 is, for example, 27 cm × 170 cm. If the diameter of the cover part 2 is 27 cm, it can be mounted on the young tree 4 whose width in the diameter direction is approximately 30 cm or less without hindering the growth of the young tree 4. In addition, the cover part 2 is not limited to what is mounted cylindrically. For example, the young tree 4 may be mounted in an elliptical cylindrical shape along the direction of the branch.
The first cylindrical portion 13 forming the covering portion 2 and the second cylindrical portion 16 forming the insertion portion 3 are composed of, for example, 22 warps 17 per inch and 22 wefts 18 per inch. Or 24 warps 17 per inch and 24 wefts 18 per inch. The warp yarn 17 and the weft yarn 18 are, for example, 380 denier.
By selecting the interval and the thickness of the warp yarn 17 and the weft yarn 18 of the first tubular portion 13 and the second tubular portion 16 in this way, it is possible to appropriately secure the air permeability of the cover portion 2 and to cover the cover portion. It is possible to suppress that the air is stagnated inside the inside 2 and adversely affects the young tree 4 surrounded by the cover 2. Further, the tip of the young tree 4 protrudes from the gap between the warp 17 and the weft 18 that weave the covering section 2 to the outside of the covering section 2 to prevent the young tree 4 from being exposed to pests. Can be.
The young tree protector 1 has a first ear portion 14 woven in a length direction of the first tubular portion 13 by a single weave on one side of the first tubular portion 13 for realizing the covering portion 2. A second ear portion 15 that is woven in the length direction of the first cylindrical portion 13 by a single weave on the other side of the first cylindrical portion 13, and at a middle portion of the first ear portion 14, A second tubular portion 16 for realizing the insertion portion 3 is woven in parallel with the first tubular portion 13. Both sides of the first tubular portion 13 are reinforced in the longitudinal direction of the first tubular portion 13 by a single woven first ear portion 14 and a second ear portion 15, and the second tubular portion 16 is reinforced. Are reinforced in the longitudinal direction of the second tubular portion 16 by the first ears 14 which are single-woven. Further, by inserting the support 5 into the insertion portion 3, the insertion portion 3 and the cover 2 can be formed into a cylindrical shape extending along the support 5, so that the support 5 is simply inserted through the insertion portion 3. The insertion portion 3 and the cover portion 2 are held by the column 5 in a tubular shape. For this reason, the number of parts of the young tree protector 1 can be reduced, and assembling on site can be facilitated. Furthermore, when a load such as snow is applied to the cover part 2 or the cover part 2 receives a strong wind, the cover part 2 is excessively deformed and contacts the young tree, and the young tree is damaged. Can be suppressed.
The second cylindrical portion 16 which is the insertion portion 3 through which the support 5 is inserted is woven at an intermediate portion of the first ear portion 14 which is woven by a single weave, and both sides of the second cylindrical portion 16 are Since the first ear portion 14 woven in the longitudinal direction of the two cylindrical portions 16 is reinforced, the insertion portion 3 is excessively deformed, and the support portion is attached to the insertion portion 3 when the young tree protector 1 is mounted. 5 can be prevented from being difficult to insert.
Since the insertion portion 3 projects inward from the cover portion 2 and extends along the longitudinal direction of the cover portion 2, the insertion portion 3 and the cover portion 2 are connected to the support column 5 by inserting the support 5 through the insertion portion 3. Since it can be formed in a cylindrical shape extending along, the number of parts of the young tree protector 1 can be reduced, and assembling on site can be facilitated. Further, even when a load due to snow or the like is applied to the cover 2, it is possible to suppress the insertion portion 3 into which the support column 5 is inserted from being compressed in the length direction of the insertion portion 3.
Since the strut 5 inserted into the insertion portion 3 is covered with the insertion portion 3, the young tree 4 can be prevented from winding around the strut 5. Thus, it is possible to prevent the young tree 4 from wrapping around the column 5 and hindering the growth of the young tree 4. Further, since the insertion portion 3 is connected to the cover portion 2 through the first ear portion 14 woven over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the insertion portion 3, the young tree 4 may be wound around the insertion portion 3. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the young tree 4 from wrapping around the insertion portion 3 and hindering the growth of the young tree 4.
Since the young tree protector 1 can be formed integrally with the synthetic fiber fabric 11 as a resin, it can be mass-produced at low cost. The young tree protector 1 is lightweight, can be stacked or rolled up, easily transported, and stored in a small space.
“Ecodia”, a polylactic acid fiber manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc., has a durability of about 8 to 10 years, and the leaves of the young tree 4 to which the young tree protective equipment 1 is attached are harmful to vermin. Can be prevented, and the pests can be prevented from peeling off the bark after the young tree 4 has grown.
Ecodia, a polylactic acid fiber, is a biodegradable fiber, and after a durable period of time, is completely consumed by microorganisms and transformed into natural by-products such as carbon dioxide, methane, water, and biomass. Even when the young tree protector 1 is left in a mountain forest or the like, the young tree protector 1 can be prevented from adversely affecting the natural environment. The warp and the weft are preferably not colored in order to prevent the biodegradability from being impaired.
支柱5として、たとえば直径が8mm、長さが2.1mのFRP(Fiber-Reinforced Plastics)製のものが使用される。 For example, a column 5 made of FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastics) having a diameter of 8 mm and a length of 2.1 m is used. The length of the young tree protector 1 is, for example, 170 cm, and the column 5 is driven into the ground by about 40 cm.
The FRP strut 5 has a wide elastic deformation load area. When a bending load is applied to the strut 5 due to the weight of snow on the cover 2 and strong wind, the strut 5 is broken by the bending load. Can be suppressed. When the snow accumulated on the cover portion 2 melts and the load applied to the cover portion 2 is released, the column 5 returns to the shape before receiving the load. In addition, the FRP column 5 is lightweight and is convenient to carry. The support 5 is not limited to a single piece, and may be composed of, for example, a plurality of connectable members.
The lower end of the cover 2 is piled on the ground 6 on which the young trees 4 are vegetated. The stake 7 can be manufactured using an elongated bamboo short material. The tip 8 in the driving direction of the pile 7 is formed at an acute angle in order to reduce the resistance that the pile 7 receives from the ground 6 when the pile 7 is driven. A locking portion 10 for locking the cover 2 to the pile 7 is formed on a side portion 9 perpendicular to the driving direction of the pile 7. The locking portion 10 is, for example, a groove formed in the side portion 9.
Since the young tree protector 1 includes the stake 7 for fixing the lower end of the cover 2 to the ground, the protective cover 1 is provided between the lower end of the cover 2 and the ground 6 on which the young tree 4 is vegetated. The lower end of the cover 2 can be fixed to the ground 6 without any gap. Thereby, the young tree protector 1 can be prevented from being blown out by the wind and falling out of the column 5. Further, it is possible to prevent the vermin from raising the lower end portion of the covering portion 2 and damaging the young tree protector 1.
As described above, the young tree protector 1 attached to the young tree 4 vegetated on the ground 6 is covered with the cylindrical cover 2 that covers the young tree 4 and protrudes inward from the cover 2. Since the support member 5 includes a cylindrical insertion portion 3 extending along the longitudinal direction of the portion 2 and through which the support column 5 can be inserted, the support portion 5 is inserted into the insertion portion 3 so that the insertion portion 3 and the cover portion 2 are supported by the support column 2. 5 can be formed into a cylindrical shape. As a result, the number of parts of the young tree protector 1 can be reduced, and assembling on site can be facilitated.
In addition, with the covering portion 2 covering the young tree 4 vegetated on the ground 6, the support 5 is inserted into the insertion portion 3, and the lower end of the support 5 is driven into the ground 6 to vegetate on the ground 6. The young tree protection tool 1 can be attached to the young tree 4 that has been used.
The young tree protector 1 is formed of a synthetic fiber fabric 11, but is not limited thereto. The cover portion 2 and the insertion portion 3 may be integrally formed of resin. Alternatively, the insertion portion 3 may be a separate component from the cover portion 2, for example, the insertion portion 3 may be fitted to the cover portion 2. Moreover, although the thing which has biodegradability is used as a material of the young tree protective equipment 1, it can also be formed by the material which does not have biodegradability.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the young tree protector 21 shown in FIG. 5 as viewed from a section line VI-VI. The description of the same parts as those of the first embodiment will be omitted, and the same reference numerals will be used. In the present embodiment, on one side of the cover 2, in addition to the cylindrical first insertion portion 22 protruding inside the cover 2 and extending along the longitudinal direction of the cover 2, the other side of the cover 2 is provided. And a cylindrical second insertion portion 23 protruding inside the cover portion 2 and extending along the longitudinal direction. The first insertion portion 22 and the second insertion portion 23 each have a support 25 driven into the ground 6 inserted therein.
In this manner, the cover 2 can be more firmly fixed by inserting the support 25 into the first insertion portion 22 and the second insertion portion 23 and driving the support 25 into the ground 6.
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a state where the young tree protector 31 according to the third embodiment of the present invention is mounted on the young tree 4.
