Description
- 直流と、脈動電流または直流成分および脈動成分からなる電流との両方を用いて使用可能であり、
- 電流が皮膚の表面だけでなく皮膚内に確実に入り、
- 電流が皮膚の下に深く浸透しすぎることを防ぎ、
- 広い処置領域にわたって強度を一定に保ちつつ電流の総量を増加させる、
新規なデバイスを開発する必要がある。
本発明によれば、「電極」は、正に帯電した電極(陽極)または負に帯電した電極(陰極)であると理解される。この電極は、一般に、ケラチン物質に直接接触するようにデバイスの外面に配置される。しかしながら、電極をデバイスの外壁に挿入してもよい。この場合、電極はケラチン物質に直接接触しない。一般に、電極は処置する領域に接触する。
好ましくは、電気絶縁ゾーンが壁を画成し、この壁が、
- 電極および対極の厚さよりも大きいかまたはそれに等しい高さと、
- 電極と対極との間の距離よりも小さいかまたはそれに等しい最大幅と
を有する。
電気絶縁ゾーンは、ゼロまたは略ゼロの導電率と無限の抵抗(∞Ω)とを有する。
絶縁体の誘電率または誘電定数は、空気の誘電率(真空の誘電率に等しい)に対して表される。誘電率は、文字イプシロンεにより示され、ピコファラッド/メートルで表される。

に従って、その比誘電率(下記の表を参照)に真空誘電率を掛けた積である。
これらの値は近似しており、周波数、温度、湿度測定、またはさらには大気圧の関数として著しく変化し得る。
電気絶縁ゾーンは、1mm〜10mm、たとえば2mm〜5mmの幅を有することができる。
好ましくは、電気絶縁ゾーンは、絶縁熱可塑性材料、絶縁熱硬化性材料、絶縁シリコーン、絶縁熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリエステルベースもしくはポリエーテルベースの絶縁熱可塑性ポリウレタン、またはPVCベースの絶縁熱可塑性エラストマーから選択された材料を含む。
電源は、何らかの再充電不可能なバッテリまたは何らかの蓄電池を含むことができる。電極間の電位差は、たとえば、1.2V〜24V、好ましくは1.2V〜10Vである。適切であれば、電流を通すことにより、スポットヒーティングを生じさせてもよい。
直流電流、交流電流、または脈動電流を使用して、本発明によるデバイスに電力を供給することが可能である。
電極は、皮膚に直接接触できる可視自由面を有してもよい。
電極を形成する材料は、同一であっても異なっていてもよい。
- たとえば金属(クロム、ステンレス鋼)、
- 組成物に対して不活性の貴金属(金、チタン)、
- 貴金属でめっきされた金属、
- 合金、
- 複合材料(炭素マイクロファイバが埋め込まれたプラスチック材料)、
- 導電性織布、
- 導電性不織布、
- 導電性にしたポリマー材料、
- 繊維材料、
- 導電性ポリマー繊維、たとえば公報CN101532190に記載のもの、
- 炭素繊維、たとえば特開2009-179915に記載のもの、
- 銀、銅、または炭素などの導電性フィラーを添加することにより導電性にしたシリコーン。そのようなシリコーンは、たとえばSaint Gobain、Plastics Performance、Aquitaine Caoutchouc 2000という会社により提供される、
- 導電性金属繊維、たとえばUtexbelおよびCousin Biotechという会社により提供されるもの、
- 炭素充填ビニル、たとえばCopemaおよびRexamという会社により提供されるもの、
- 電気手術用プレート、たとえばCopemaおよび3Mという会社により提供されるもの、
- 本質的に導電性のポリマー、たとえばPaniplastという会社により提供されるもの。
化粧品組成物を、ユーザにより処置される領域に直接堆積させてもよい。
一般に、本発明によるマスクを使用して有効成分を施そうとするときに、前記有効成分は電極と同じ極性を有する。たとえば、ビタミンA、酢酸トコフェロール、または他の正電荷/極性の有効成分などの正極性/電荷の有効成分を含む化合物を、正極性の電極と組み合わせることができる。
デバイスは、選択的に起動することのできる1つまたは複数の処置モジュールを含んでもよく、たとえば、以下で詳細に説明するように、エンドピースを光、熱源、またはさらには振動に晒すことが考えられる。
本発明によれば、デバイスが光源を含むと有利である。

本発明の一実施形態によれば、電気絶縁ゾーンを作製するプロセスは、
- 塗布部材を設けるステップと、
- 電極および対極を塗布部材上に位置決めするステップと、
- 電気絶縁ゾーンのサイズおよび幾何形状を画成するステップと、
- 場合により、境界、特に金型を用いて電気絶縁ゾーンに印付けするステップと、
- 融点が塗布部材の構成材料の融点より著しく低い電気絶縁ポリマーを選択するステップと、
- 溶融状態の電気絶縁ポリマーを境界に堆積させるステップと、
- 周囲温度まで冷却することにより電気絶縁ポリマーを硬化させるステップと、
- 場合により、金型を取り外すステップと
を含む。
- 電極および対極の厚さeよりも大きい高さh、
- 電極と対極との間の距離L1に等しい幅L2
により定義される。

Claims (14)
- 電流を用いるケラチン物質の美容処置のためのデバイスのための塗布部材(6)であって、
電極(1)および対極(2)を有し、
前記電極(1)と前記対極(2)とが、電気絶縁ゾーン(3)により互いに分離され、
前記塗布部材(6)は、回転軸(X)の周りを回転するように構成され、
前記電気絶縁ゾーン(3)は壁を画成し、前記壁は、前記回転軸(X)に直交する方向において前記電極(1)及び前記対極(2)を越えて外側へ延在する、塗布部材(6)。 - 前記壁の高さが前記電極(1)および前記対極(2)の厚さよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の塗布部材(6)。
- 前記塗布部材(6)がボールである、請求項1または2に記載の塗布部材(6)。
- 前記塗布部材(6)が少なくとも1つの起伏を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の塗布部材(6)。
- 前記電気絶縁ゾーン(3)が、前記電極(1)と前記対極(2)との間における化粧品組成物の拡散を防ぐように設計される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の塗布部材(6)。
- 前記電気絶縁ゾーン(3)が、10-6S.m-1未満の導電率を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の塗布部材(6)。
- 前記電気絶縁ゾーン(3)が、0.5より大きい比誘電率によって定義される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の塗布部材(6)。
- 前記電気絶縁ゾーン(3)が、1より大きい比誘電率によって定義される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の塗布部材(6)。
- 前記電気絶縁ゾーン(3)が、電気絶縁ポリマーまたは電気絶縁セラミックから選択された材料を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の塗布部材(6)。
- 前記電気絶縁ゾーン(3)が、絶縁熱可塑性材料、絶縁熱硬化性材料、絶縁シリコーン、絶縁熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリエステルベースもしくはポリエーテルベースの絶縁熱可塑性ポリウレタン、およびPVCベースの絶縁熱可塑性エラストマーから選択された材料を含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の塗布部材(6)。
- 順次電流により電力供給されるように設計される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の塗布部材(6)。
- ユーザが電流の極性を変化させることができるように設計される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の塗布部材(6)。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の塗布部材(6)を備える、電流を用いるケラチン物質の美容処置のためのデバイス。
- 請求項13に記載のデバイスの使用を含む美容方法。
