Claims (14)
- 第1の注入カニューレをユーザに取り付けるように適合された1次パッチポンプであって、複数の1次パッチポンプ機能を実施するようにさらに適合された1次パッチポンプと、
第2の注入カニューレをユーザに取り付けるように適合された2次パッチポンプであって、前記1次パッチポンプに関連するエラー条件が決定された場合に前記複数の1次パッチポンプ機能とほぼ同様の2次パッチポンプ機能を実施するようにさらに適合された2次パッチポンプと、
前記1次パッチポンプと前記2次パッチポンプのうちの少なくとも一方に通信可能に結合可能な、1次ユーザインタフェースと2次ユーザインタフェースのうちの少なくとも一方と
を備え、
該1次ユーザインタフェースと2次ユーザインタフェースのうちの少なくとも一方は、完全に機能するグラフィカルユーザインタフェースと最小限に機能するキーフォブのうちの一方を含み、
前記複数の1次パッチポンプ機能は、
前記1次ユーザインタフェースとペアになること、
1次パッチポンプスリープモードに入ること、
所定の1次パッチポンプウェイク時間間隔で1次パッチポンプウェイクモードに入ること、および、
所定の1次パッチポンプスニフ時間まで1次パッチポンプスニフモードに入ること
を含み、
前記1次ユーザインタフェースは1次ユーザインタフェースリアルタイムクロックを備え、前記1次パッチポンプは1次パッチポンプリアルタイムクロックを備え、
前記1次ユーザインタフェースのウェイク周期、スニフ周期のうちの少なくとも1つおよびスリープ周期が、前記1次ユーザインタフェースリアルタイムクロックおよび前記1次パッチポンプリアルタイムクロックを使用して、前記1次パッチポンプのウェイク周期、スニフ周期のうちの少なくとも1つおよびスリープ周期と同期されてエネルギーが節約されることを特徴とするオンボディ流体送達のためのシステム。 - 前記複数の1次パッチポンプ機能は、さらに、
薬剤で満たされてプライミングされること、
カニューレを配置すること、および、
ボーラス投与または基礎レートを開始すること、
のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオンボディ流体送達のためのシステム。 - 前記1次パッチポンプスリープモードに関連する電力レベルは、1次パッチポンプウェイクモードに関連する電力レベルよりも低いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオンボディ流体送達のためのシステム。
- 前記1次パッチポンプは前記2次パッチポンプと通信可能に結合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオンボディ流体送達のためのシステム。
- 前記1次パッチポンプは、完全に使い捨てのパッチポンプと耐久/使い捨てパッチポンプのうちの少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオンボディ流体送達のためのシステム。
- 前記完全に使い捨てのパッチポンプは、
薬剤を収容するためのリザーバと、
ボーラス投与を作動化するための少なくとも1つの一体型押しボタンと、
カニューレを配置するためのカニューレ配置アセンブリと、
前記配置されたカニューレを通して前記リザーバから薬剤を注入するためのポンプエンジンと、
前記カニューレ配置アセンブリと前記ポンプエンジンのうちの少なくとも一方の動作を制御するためのプリント回路基板アセンブリと、
前記システムを皮膚に取り付けるための接着剤と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のオンボディ流体送達のためのシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの一体型押しボタンが2つの押しボタンを含み、両方の押しボタンが同時に押された場合にボーラス投与を作動化することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のオンボディ流体送達のためのシステム。
- 前記耐久/使い捨てパッチポンプは耐久アセンブリおよび使い捨てアセンブリを備え、
前記使い捨てアセンブリは、
前記使い捨てアセンブリを前記耐久アセンブリに結合するためのカプラと、
前記使い捨てアセンブリを前記耐久アセンブリに電気的に接続するためのコネクタと、
カニューレを配置するためのカニューレ配置アセンブリと、
薬剤を収容するためのリザーバと、
前記システムを皮膚に取り付けるための接着剤と
を備え、
前記耐久アセンブリは、
前記リザーバから薬剤を注入するためのポンプエンジンと、
ボーラス投与を作動化するための少なくとも1つの一体型押しボタンと、
前記耐久アセンブリを前記使い捨てアセンブリに結合するためのカプラと
を備え、
前記耐久アセンブリと前記使い捨てアセンブリのうちの少なくとも一方は、前記ポンプエンジンと前記カニューレ配置アセンブリのうちの少なくとも一方の動作を制御するためのプリント回路基板アセンブリを備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のオンボディ流体送達のためのシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの一体型押しボタンは、両方の押しボタンが同時に押されるとボーラス投与を作動化するように、2つの押しボタンを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のオンボディ流体送達のためのシステム。
- 1次ユーザインタフェースと2次ユーザインタフェースのうちの前記少なくとも一方は、所定間隔でボーラス注入を可能にするタイマ機能を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオンボディ流体送達のためのシステム。
- 1次ユーザインタフェースと2次ユーザインタフェースのうちの前記少なくとも一方は、ネットワークリンクに通信可能に結合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオンボディ流体送達のためのシステム。
- 前記最小限に機能するキーフォブは、
ボーラス投与を設定するように適合された投与量設定デバイスと、
ボーラス投与を開始するように適合された少なくとも1つの押下可能ボタンと
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオンボディ流体送達のためのシステム。 - 前記投与量設定デバイスは調節可能ダイヤルであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のオンボディ流体送達のためのシステム。
- 前記2次インタフェースが前記1次パッチポンプと前記2次パッチポンプのうちの一方と通信可能に結合可能な場合、前記1次パッチポンプと前記2次パッチポンプのうちの残りの一方に通信可能に結合可能な1次ユーザインタフェースをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオンボディ流体送達のためのシステム。
