Claims (10)
- 熱成形可能なプラスチック材料からなるシートを成形することにより作製されたケース(2)を備えた飲料用カプセル(1)であって、
前記ケース(2)は、
飲料の形態としての最終製品を得るように流体と混合される初期製品(P)を収容するのに適したキャビティ(5)を画成するベース壁(3)及び側壁(4)と、
前記キャビティ(5)の第1開口(6)であって、前記ベース壁(3)に対向する第1開口(6)と、
前記側壁(4)から延出して前記第1開口(6)を取り囲む縁部(7)と、
前記ベース壁(3)が周囲に配設されている第2開口(8)と、を備え、
前記第1開口(6)は、前記縁部(7)に取り付けられたカバー要素(9)により密閉されており、
前記カバー要素(9)は、前記カプセルが使用可能な分配装置の注入手段(10)により穿孔可能であり、
前記第2開口(8)は、前記キャビティ(5)の内部の圧力が所定値を超えると破断するように構成されている閉鎖要素(11)により密閉されており、前記所定値は、前記閉鎖要素(11)を構成している材料の機械的抵抗に依存しており、
前記カプセルは、更に、前記ベース壁(3)に対して前記キャビティ(5)とは反対の側に配置されたチャンバ(12)を備え、
前記閉鎖要素(11)が破断すると、前記チャンバ(12)は前記第2開口(8)を介して前記キャビティ(5)と連通可能であり、
前記チャンバ(12)には、前記ケース(2)の底壁(31)の中央に形成され、前記ベース壁(3)に対向する出口開口(13)が設けられており、
飲料の出力速度を制御するとともに前記閉鎖要素(11)の破断時のウォーター・ハンマー現象の発生を防ぐように、前記チャンバ(12)の内部に制動要素(14)が配設されている、
ことを特徴とするカプセル(1)。 - 前記ベース壁(3)の近傍に配設されたフィルタ要素(20)を更に備えている、
請求項1に記載のカプセル(1)。 - 前記制動要素(14)は、前記チャンバ(12)の断面形状に一致する平面形状を有する本体(15、30)を備え、
前記本体(15、30)は、当該本体と前記チャンバ(12)の側壁(16)との間に2mmを越えない幅の小さい環状通路(S)が存在するよう定められた寸法を有しており、前記通路を通過する飲料の速度が顕著に低下し、前記通路(S)の入口と出口との間に顕著な圧力差が生じる、
請求項1又は2に記載のカプセル(1)。 - 前記本体(15、30)は、前記出口開口(13)に干渉しつつ挿入されるよう定められた寸法を有する中空円筒形要素(19)のフランジ(18)に、複数の柱状部(17)を介して取り付けられており、
前記本体(15、30)、前記複数の柱状部(17)、前記フランジ(18)及び前記中空円筒形要素(19)は一体的に構成されている、
請求項3に記載のカプセル(1)。 - 前記本体(15)はレンズ形状の断面を有している、請求項3又は4に記載のカプセル(1)。
- 前記本体(15)は実質的に剛性の材料から構成されている、請求項5に記載のカプセル(1)。
- 前記本体(15)は弾性的に変形可能な材料から構成されている、請求項5に記載のカプセル(1)。
- 前記本体(30)は、フィンの形状を有する弾性的に変形可能な可撓性要素(26)によって分割された複数の実質的に剛性の扇形部(27)を備えている、請求項3又は4に記載のカプセル(1)。
- 前記フィルタ要素(20)は、複数の孔(21)が形成された本体(28)を備え、
前記孔(21)は、初期製品(P)が不溶性の材料からなる場合、飲料の通過は許容するが初期製品(P)の通過は妨げるよう定められた寸法を有しており、
前記本体(28)は、前記キャビティ(5)の内部に向かって突出した凸形状を有している、
請求項2に記載のカプセル(1)。 - 前記フィルタ要素(20)は、複数の孔(21)が設けられた実質的に平坦な本体(29)を備え、
前記孔(21)は、初期製品(P)が不溶性の材料からなる場合、飲料の通過は許容するが初期製品(P)の通過は妨げるよう定められた寸法を有しており、
前記本体(29)には、前記キャビティ(5)の内部に向く面の1つに、複数の剛性径方向リブ(24)が設けられている、
