Claims (9)
- 誘電体フィルムの主面に電極膜を備えたフィルムコンデンサであって、前記誘電体フィルムが有機樹脂と該有機樹脂よりも揮発性の高い有機成分とを含み、
前記有機樹脂が、環状オレフィン系樹脂であり、
前記有機成分が、シクロヘキサン、エチルシクロヘキサン、トルエン、キシレンおよびシクロヘキサンとトルエンとの混合体のうちのいずれかであることを特徴とするフィルムコンデンサ。 - 前記環状オレフィン系樹脂が、開環重合体または付加共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 誘電体フィルムの主面に電極膜を備えたフィルムコンデンサであって、前記誘電体フィルムが有機樹脂と該有機樹脂よりも揮発性の高い有機成分とを含み、
前記有機樹脂が、ポリアリレート樹脂であり、
前記有機成分が、トルエン、テトラヒドロフランおよびn−メチルピロリドンのうちのいずれかであることを特徴とするフィルムコンデンサ。 - 誘電体フィルムの主面に電極膜を備えたフィルムコンデンサであって、前記誘電体フィルムが有機樹脂と該有機樹脂よりも揮発性の高い有機成分とを含み、
前記有機樹脂が、ポリフェニレンエーテル樹脂またはポリエーテルイミド樹脂であり、
前記有機成分が、クロロホルムであることを特徴とするフィルムコンデンサ。 - 前記誘電体フィルムに含まれる前記有機成分の含有量が0.01〜7質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちいずれかに記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 請求項1乃至5のうちいずれかに記載のフィルムコンデンサが、バスバーにより複数個接続されていることを特徴とする連結型コンデンサ。
- スイッチング素子により構成されるブリッジ回路と、該ブリッジ回路に接続された容量部とを備えているインバータであって、前記容量部が請求項1乃至5のうちいずれかに記載のフィルムコンデンサであることを特徴とするインバータ。
- スイッチング素子により構成されるブリッジ回路と、該ブリッジ回路に接続された容量部とを備えているインバータであって、前記容量部が請求項6に記載の連結型コンデンサであることを特徴とするインバータ。
- 電源と、該電源に接続されたインバータと、該インバータに接続されたモータと、該モータにより駆動する車輪と、を備えている電動車両であって、前記インバータが請求項7または請求項8に記載のインバータであることを特徴とする電動車輌。
