Claims (9)
- 高圧の複合材容器の内層を形成するプラスチックライナー層の入口側に金属ノズルが形成され、前記プラスチックライナー層の内側から外側方向に前記金属ノズルに密着挿入されたノズルインサートが構成され、前記ノズルインサートの上端部に固定されるナット部材が構成され、
前記ノズルインサートは、その下端部にプラスチックライナー層の内周面に面接触する下側平板部が形成され、
前記下側平板部は、プラスチックライナー層の内周面に形成された溝部に圧入されて嵌め込まれることを特徴とする気密なノズル構造を有する高圧の複合材容器。
- 前記ノズルインサートとプラスチックライナー層との間は、気密を保持するために少なくとも1つのシール材が構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気密なノズル構造を有する高圧の複合材容器。
- 前記下側平板部の上端面に形成された溝部には、ノズルインサートとプラスチックライナー層との間に面接触する第1シール材が嵌め込まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気密なノズル構造を有する高圧の複合材容器。
- 前記下側平板部の上端面の周縁部には、ノズルインサートとプラスチックライナー層との間に面接触する第2シール材が付着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気密なノズル構造を有する高圧の複合材容器。
- 前記下側平板部の上端面の周縁部には、凸状の段差部が形成され、前記段差部に第3シール材が付着されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の気密なノズル構造を有する高圧の複合材容器。
- 前記下側平板部の上端面とプラスチックライナー層の内周面との間に面接触する第4シール材が前記ノズルインサートの外周面と金属ノズルの内周面との間まで形成されて面接触するようになることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気密なノズル構造を有する高圧の複合材容器。
- 前記ノズルインサートの外周面とプラスチックライナー層の入口の内周面との間には、ノズルインサートとプラスチックライナー層との間に面接触する第2シール材が嵌め込まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気密なノズル構造を有する高圧の複合材容器。
- 前記ノズルインサートは、金属ノズルの外側に露出しているねじ山を有し、前記ねじ山にナット部材が締結されることによって金属ノズルの上端面にナット部材の一面が面接触するようになることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気密なノズル構造を有する高圧の複合材容器。
- 前記金属ノズルとナット部材との間に、前記金属ノズルをプラスチックライナー層側に弾力支持する弾性部材が挿入されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の気密なノズル構造を有する高圧の複合材容器。
