Claims (12)
- 絶縁キャップを有する留め具の形成方法であって、
留め具の頭部の表面に準備処理を施すことと、
前記準備処理された表面にフィルム接着剤を塗布することと、
前記フィルム接着剤をBステージ化することと、
Bステージ化された前記フィルム接着剤が前記留め具の頭部と前記絶縁キャップとの間に位置するように、射出成形によって前記絶縁キャップを形成することと、
前記フィルム接着剤を硬化することによって、前記絶縁キャップを前記留め具の頭部に接合すること、とを含む方法。 - フィルム接着剤を塗布することは、エポキシフィルム接着剤を塗布することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルム接着剤をBステージ化することは、約5分〜2時間、約65.6℃〜98.9℃の範囲の温度に前記フィルム接着剤を暴露することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルム接着剤を硬化することは、6.9×10 4 Pa〜65×10 4 Paの範囲の圧力下において、約65.6℃〜132℃の温度で、前記フィルム接着剤を硬化することを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記フィルム接着剤を硬化することは、約121℃で約90分間前記フィルム接着剤を硬化することを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 表面に準備処理を施すことは、チタン留め具の頭部に準備処理を施すことを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 絶縁キャップを形成することは、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)キャップを形成することを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 金属コンポーネントと、
熱可塑性コンポーネントと、
前記金属コンポーネントと前記熱可塑性コンポーネントとの間に配置されたフィルム接着剤とを含む部品であって、
前記フィルム接着剤は、前記金属コンポーネントを前記熱可塑性コンポーネントに接合しており、前記部品は、前記金属コンポーネントの表面に前記フィルム接着剤を塗布することと、前記フィルム接着剤をBステージ化することと、射出成形によって前記熱可塑性コンポーネントを形成することと、前記射出成形後に前記フィルム接着剤を硬化すること、とによって製作される、部品。 - 前記金属コンポーネントは、チタン留め具を含む、請求項8に記載の部品。
- 前記熱可塑性コンポーネントは、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)キャップを含む、請求項8又は9に記載の部品。
- 前記フィルム接着剤は、エポキシフィルム接着剤である、請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 前記フィルム接着剤は、ポリウレタンフィルム接着剤およびポリイミドフィルム接着剤の1つである、請求項8〜11のいずれかに記載の部品。
