Claims (12)
- エネルギービーム(4)によって固化することができる造形材料(3)の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する装置(1)であって、
少なくとも1運動自由度で可動に支持される少なくとも1つの造形板(5)、
可動に支持される少なくとも1つの造形材料塗布要素(7、7a、7b)、並びに
基準平面(RP)に対する前記造形板(5)及び/又は前記造形材料塗布要素(7、7a、7b)の向き及び/又は位置を光学的に判定するように適合された少なくとも1つの光学デバイス(16)、を備え、
前記光学デバイス(16)は、少なくとも2つの測定ビーム(18、18a、18b)を放出するように適合され、前記測定ビーム(18、18a、18b)は、前記装置(1)のプロセスチャンバ(17)を通って少なくとも部分的に延び、それによって測定平面(MP)を画定する、装置。 - 前記光学デバイス(16)は、前記少なくとも2つの測定ビーム(18、18a、18b)を放出するように適合された少なくとも1つの測定ビーム放出ユニット(19)を備えるか、又はそれぞれ少なくとも1つの測定ビーム(18、18a、18b)を放出するように適合された少なくとも2つの測定ビーム放出ユニット(19)を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記測定平面(MP)は、前記装置(1)の造形平面(BP)に対して角度を付けた配置か又は平行の配置を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記測定平面(MP)は、前記基準平面(RP)又は前記装置(1)の造形平面(BP)、に対して画定された距離(d)を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記光学デバイス(16)は、少なくとも1つの測定ビーム放出ユニット(19)から放出された少なくとも1つの測定ビーム(18、18a、18b)を受け取るように適合された少なくとも1つの測定ビーム受取りユニットを備えるか、又は前記光学デバイス(16)は、少なくとも1つの測定ビーム放出ユニット(19)から放出された少なくとも1つの測定ビーム(18、18a、18b)を前記測定ビーム放出ユニット(19)の方へ戻り反射させるように適合された少なくとも1つの測定ビーム反射ユニット(20)を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記光学デバイス(16)は、前記測定ビーム受取りユニットが受け取った測定ビーム(18、18a、18b)を検出するように適合されるか、且つ/又は前記測定ビーム放出ユニット(19)の方へ戻り反射した測定ビーム(18、18a、18b)を検出するように適合された測定ビーム検出ユニット(21)を備える、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記光学デバイス(16)は、測定ビーム(18、18a、18b)が前記測定ビーム放出ユニット(19)によって放出された時点と前記測定ビーム(18、18a、18b)が前記測定ビーム検出ユニット(21)によって検出される時点との間を前記測定ビーム(18、18a、18b)が移動した時間間隔を判定するように適合された少なくとも1つの測定ビーム移動時間判定ユニット(22)を備える、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記測定平面(MP)に対する前記造形板(5)及び/又は前記造形材料塗布要素(7、7a、7b)の運動を制御するように適合された制御デバイス(15)をさらに備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記制御デバイス(15)は、前記造形板(5)及び/又は前記造形材料塗布要素(7、7a、7b)の基準位置を判定するための較正モードを実施するように適合され、それによって前記較正モードは、前記測定平面(MP)に対する前記造形板(5)及び/又は前記造形材料塗布要素(7、7a、7b)の特有の運動順序を含み、それによって前記造形板(5)及び/又は前記造形材料塗布要素(7、7a、7b)の前記基準位置は、前記造形板(5)又は前記造形材料塗布要素(7、7a、7b)それぞれが前記測定平面(MP)内へ動かされることによって、前記測定ビーム(18、18a、18b)を前記造形板(5)又は前記造形材料塗布要素(7、7a、7b)それぞれで反射させることが可能な、前記造形板(5)又は前記造形材料塗布要素(7、7a、7b)それぞれの位置として判定される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する装置(1)向けの光学デバイス(16)であって、基準平面(RP)に対する造形板(5)及び/又は造形材料塗布要素(7、7a、7b)の向き及び/又は位置を光学的に検出するように適合され、少なくとも2つの測定ビーム(18、18a、18b)を放出するように適合され、前記測定ビーム(18、18a、18b)は、前記装置(1)のプロセスチャンバ(17)を通って少なくとも部分的に延び、それによって測定平面(MP)を画定する、光学デバイス。
- 請求項10に記載の光学デバイス(16)によって、3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する装置(1)の、少なくとも1運動自由度で可動に支持される少なくとも1つの造形板(5)及び/又は少なくとも1運動自由度で可動に支持される少なくとも1つの造形材料塗布要素(7、7a、7b)の基準位置を光学的に判定する方法。
- 測定平面(MP)に対する前記造形板(5)及び/又は造形材料塗布要素(7、7a、7b)の特有の運動順序が実行され、それによって前記造形板(5)及び/又は前記造形材料塗布要素(7、7a、7b)の前記基準位置は、前記造形板(5)又は前記造形材料塗布要素(7、7a、7b)それぞれが前記測定平面(MP)内へ動かされることによって、前記測定ビーム(18、18a、18b)を前記造形板(5)又は前記造形材料塗布要素(7、7a、7b)のそれぞれで反射させることが可能な、前記造形板(5)又は前記造形材料塗布要素(7、7a、7b)それぞれの位置として判定される、請求項11に記載の方法。
