Description
本出願は、2016年4月25日付の韓国特許出願第10−2016−0050383号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
上記電池ケースはまた、電極組立体が収容される収納部が形成されているケース本体と、上記ケース本体の一側端部から伸びていたり、ケース本体に対して独立的な部材からなる平板型カバーで構成されており、
(a)絶縁フィルムが付加されていない残りの部位だけが電極リードの突出方向に対して垂直に折り曲げられた形状;
(b)電極リードが絶縁フィルムと共に垂直に折り曲げられている形状;および
(c)絶縁フィルムが付加されていない残りの電極リード部位と絶縁フィルムが断面上で直線をなす形状;より選択される一つ以上の形状を含むことができる。
そこで、図7を図3乃至図6と共に参照すると、電池パックは、図3乃至図5に示された第1電池セル100および第1電池セル100と同一形状の第2電池セル320乃至第4電池セル340を含む。
また、このような構造で絶縁性が基本的に担保されながらも、図6に示された電極リードの変形構造を通して電池セルが安定的に連結できることに注目すべきである。

Claims (11)
- 電極組立体が電解液と共にラミネートシートの電池ケースに装着された状態で電池ケースの外周部位が熱融着で密封されている電池セルであって、
前記電極組立体の一対の電極リードが電池ケースから外向きに突出しており、前記電極リードそれぞれには絶縁性部材が付加されており、
前記電池ケースは、電極組立体が収容される収納部が形成されているケース本体と、前記ケース本体の一側端部から伸びておりケース本体に対して独立的な部材からなる平板型カバーとで構成されており、
前記平板型カバーは電池セルの上面を形成し、前記電極リードは平板型カバーと断面上で直線をなす形態で電池ケースの外側に突出しており、
前記絶縁性部材は、電極リードの両面に付着される絶縁フィルムであり、
前記絶縁フィルムは、電極リードの表面の一部を囲む構造で電極リードと共に電池ケースから外部に突出しており、
前記絶縁フィルムは、外部に突出している電極リードの全長対比60%〜90%の長さで電池ケースから突出しており、
前記電池セルがn個(n≧2)直列および/または並列に連結されており、
互いに異なる電池セルの電極リードが上下並んで位置した状態で電池セルが地面に対して上方に積層されており、
前記電池セルのうち、少なくとも一対は上面が相互対面する形態で積層されており、前記上面が対面する形態で積層された電池セルの電極リードのうち、互いに連結されない電極リードは、電極リードそれぞれに付着された絶縁フィルムによって絶縁状態を維持することを特徴とする、電池セル。 - 前記絶縁フィルムは、前記電極リードと共に突出した部位を除いた残りの部位が前記電池ケースの外周部位に熱融着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記絶縁フィルムは、一つ以上の高分子樹脂層と前記高分子樹脂層の一面に形成されている接着層とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記高分子樹脂層で、接着層が形成されない他面にはエンボシング(embossing)構造が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電池セル。
- 前記エンボシング構造は、高分子樹脂層と一体である複数の突起が表面に形成された構造であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電池セル。
- 前記突起は、外部物体との接触時に電極リードと前記外部物体間の間隔を維持させることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極リードは、絶縁フィルムが付加されていない残りの部位を通して外部と電気的に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- (a)絶縁フィルムが付加されていない残りの部位だけが電極リードの突出方向に対して垂直に折り曲げられた形状;
(b)電極リードが絶縁フィルムと共に垂直に折り曲げられている形状;および
(c)絶縁フィルムが付加されていない残りの電極リード部位と絶縁フィルムが断面上で直線をなす形状;
より選択される一つ以上の形状を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池セル。 - 前記電池セルは、
一対の電極リードが電池ケースの同一の外周部位に並んで突出した構造;または
一対の電極リードが電池ケースの対向する外周部位にそれぞれ突出した構造;
であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルn個(n≧2)が直列および/または並列に連結されている電池パックであって、
互いに異なる電池セルの電極リードが上下並んで位置した状態で電池セルが地面に対して上方に積層されており、
前記電池セルのうち、少なくとも一対は上面が相互対面する形態で積層されており、前記上面が対面する形態で積層された電池セルの電極リードのうち、互いに連結されない電極リードは、電極リードそれぞれに付着された絶縁フィルムによって絶縁状態を維持することを特徴とする、電池パック。 - 請求項10に記載の電池パックを一つ以上含むことを特徴とする、デバイス。
