Claims (8)
- 三次元加工対象体のレーザパターニング装置であって、
レーザ発生部と、
前記レーザ発生部で生成されたレーザビームのサイズを調節するビームエキスパンダと、
前記ビームエキスパンダを経由した前記レーザビームのz軸焦点位置を調節するダイナミックフォーカシングモジュールと、
前記ビームエキスパンダを経由した前記レーザビームのx軸およびy軸の焦点位置を調節するスキャンヘッドと、
前記レーザビームの経路とは異なる空間に配置され、前記三次元加工対象体の形状を認識するための形状認識部と、
前記三次元加工対象体のx、y、z軸の焦点位置のデータを抽出するために、設計された三次元パターンデータを受け取るように構成され、
前記三次元加工対象体のx、y、z軸の表面形状データを抽出し、
前記抽出されたデータに応じて、前記レーザビームのz軸の焦点位置を調節するダイナミックフォーカシングモジュールおよび前記レーザビームのx、y軸の焦点位置を調節するスキャンヘッドを制御し、
前記三次元加工対象体の表面に、マイクロサイズからナノサイズのパターン幅とパターン深さを有する微細パターンを形成させる制御部と、を含み、
前記ダイナミックフォーカシングモジュールは水平往復移動可能に構成し、かつ前記ダイナミックフォーカシングモジュールの光学系に含まれるレンズを移動可能に構成してある三次元加工対象体のレーザパターニング装置。 - 前記レーザ発生部は、パルス化したレーザビームソース(source)を使用して、ナノ秒、ピコ秒、またはフェムト秒のうち一つのレーザビームを発生させる、請求項1に記載の三次元加工対象体のレーザパターニング装置。
- 前記ビームエキスパンダは、前記レーザビームのサイズを調節し、前記レーザビームをコリメートビーム(collimated beam)に生成させる、請求項1に記載の三次元加工対象体のレーザパターニング装置。
- 前記スキャンヘッドは、x軸スキャンミラーとy軸スキャンミラーとを含むガルバノメータを含む、請求項1に記載の三次元加工対象体のレーザパターニング装置。
- 前記レーザビームを前記三次元加工対象体に集束するための集光部をさらに含み、
前記集光部は、テレセントリックF‐シータレンズ(telecentric F‐theta lens)またはF‐シータレンズ(F‐theta lens)を含む、請求項1に記載の三次元加工対象体のレーザパターニング装置。 - 前記形状認識部は、
前記三次元加工対象体のx、y、z軸を含む表面形状情報を抽出するために、光干渉断層撮影装置(OCT;Optical Coherence Tomography)、レーザ干渉計、共焦点顕微鏡(confocal microscope)、二光子顕微鏡(two‐photon microscope)のうち一つを含む、請求項1に記載の三次元加工対象体のレーザパターニング装置。 - 前記三次元加工対象体は、生体移植体であり、
前記三次元加工対象体にナノ秒、ピコ秒、またはフェムト秒のうち一つの前記レーザビームを照射して微細パターンを形成する、請求項1に記載の三次元加工対象体のレーザパターニング装置。 - 有効加工領域と有効焦点距離内に前記三次元加工対象体が位置するように制御可能な超精密ステージを含む、請求項1に記載の三次元加工対象体のレーザパターニング装置。
