Claims (13)
- 内燃機関のための排ガス後処理装置(10)であって、
ハウジング(11)と、
前記ハウジング(11)によって画定された、排ガスが連続的に貫流する排ガスチャンバ(12)であって、排ガスが入口(13)を通じて流入し、排ガスが出口(14)を通じて流出し、その内部に排ガススクラバを含んだ排ガスチャンバ(12)と、
前記ハウジング(11)によって画定された、前記排ガスチャンバ(12)と連結された音響減衰チャンバ(15)であって、流体又は流動可能な固体が、排ガス音響の減衰すべき周波数に応じた充填レベルで直接受容されている音響減衰チャンバ(15)と、を有し、
前記排ガスチャンバ(12)と前記音響減衰チャンバ(15)とが、共通のハウジング壁(18)又はハウジング壁部分によって分離し、前記ハウジング壁(18)又は前記ハウジング壁部分内の少なくとも1つの開口部(31)によって連結されている排ガス後処理装置(10)。 - 前記音響減衰チャンバ(15)内の充填レベルが、前記音響減衰チャンバ(15)の流入部(16)及び前記音響減衰チャンバ(15)の流出部(17)を通じて調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 制御装置(26)が、減衰すべき周波数に応じて、前記減衰すべき周波数に適応した前記音響減衰チャンバ(15)の充填レベルを自動的に検出し、前記流入部(16)及び/又は前記流出部(17)を通じて自動的に調整することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 前記排ガスチャンバ(12)と前記音響減衰チャンバ(15)とが、少なくとも1つの接続手段によって連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 前記音響減衰チャンバ(15)が、横断面がU字型に形成されており、その下側部分(21、22)で連結された2つの部分チャンバ(19、20)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 第1の部分チャンバ(20)が、前記音響減衰チャンバ(15)の前記流入部(16)及び前記流出部(17)と連通していることを特徴とする、請求項2に従属した請求項5に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 前記音響減衰チャンバ(15)の前記第1の部分チャンバ(20)が、前記排ガスチャンバ(12)と連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 前記第1の部分チャンバ(20)と連結されている第2の部分チャンバ(19)が、上側が開放された構成を有していることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 前記第1の部分チャンバ(20)と連結されている第2の部分チャンバ(19)が、上側が閉じられた構成を有していることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 前記第2の部分チャンバ(19)内の流体又は流動可能な固体が、弾性要素(25)によって負荷を加えられているフロート(24)に対して作用することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 排ガスが貫流する前記排ガスチャンバ(12)内に、少なくとも1つの排ガス浄化装置(27)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 前記ハウジング(11)には、複数の音響減衰チャンバ(15)が連結されており、前記流体又は前記流動可能な固体の上側における自由行程の長さは、各チャンバ(15)において異なることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理装置を用いた排ガス後処理方法であって、排ガスチャンバ(12)を排ガスが連続的に貫流しており、前記排ガスチャンバ(12)と連結した音響減衰チャンバ(15)には、前記音響減衰チャンバ(15)内の充填レベルが、排ガス音響の減衰すべき周波数に依存するように、流体又は流動可能な固体が充填されている方法。
