Description
Claims (15)
- 天然ガス液試料を含む非極低温液体試料を分析のために採取および調整するためのシステムであって、
断熱筐体と、
液体試料の導入ラインと、
前記導入ラインに接続された前記液体試料をフラッシュ気化するための気化装置と、
前記気化装置により気化された気体試料の排出ラインと、
前記排出ラインから前記気体試料を受け取る高温の圧力調整装置と、
前記筐体の外部に配置された気体試料分析装置に通じる気体試料導出ラインと、
前記気化装置および前記圧力調整装置に電気的に接続された制御ユニットとを有し、
前記排出ラインは、前記気化装置と前記圧力調整装置とに直接接続され、
前記気体試料導出ラインの一端は、前記圧力調整装置に接続され、
前記制御ユニットは、電源に接続され、前記圧力調整装置から排出された気体試料の温度および圧力を前記分析装置の許容動作範囲内となるように監視することを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記気化装置に関連付けられた速度ループを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 圧力を低下させるためのリリーフバルブを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットに関連付けられた通信装置を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記導入ラインおよび前記気化装置に液体フィルタが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記液体フィルタと前記気化装置の入口との間に、前記気化装置への前記液体試料の流入を遮断するための電磁バルブが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記気化装置と前記圧力調整装置の入口との間に、前記圧力調整装置への前記気体試料の流入を遮断するための電磁バルブが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 非極低温液体試料を分析のために採取および調整するためのシステムであって、
断熱筐体と、
液体試料の導入ラインと、
前記導入ラインに接続された前記液体試料をフラッシュ気化するための気化装置と、
前記気化装置により気化された気体試料の排出ラインと、
前記排出ラインから前記気体試料を受け取る高温の圧力調整装置と、
前記筐体の外部に配置された気体試料分析装置に通じる気体試料導出ラインと、
前記筐体内の処理条件を監視するための制御ユニットとを有し、
前記排出ラインは、前記気化装置と前記圧力調整装置とに直接接続され、
前記気体試料導出ラインの一端は、前記圧力調整装置に接続され、
前記制御ユニットは、前記処理条件が所定範囲から逸脱したことを検知した場合に前記気化装置に流入する液体試料を遮断するための電磁バルブを作動させ、
前記制御ユニットは、前記排出ラインを通過する前記気体試料の温度および圧力を監視するために、前記気化装置、前記圧力調整装置、前記電磁バルブ、および前記処理条件の検知センサと動作信号通信を行い、
前記制御ユニットは、電源に接続され、さらに、前記処理条件について遠隔通信するための通信モジュールに接続されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記気化装置への前記導入ラインにフィルタおよびこれに関連付けられた速度ループが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記電磁バルブは、前記制御ユニットに電気的に接続されており、通常は閉鎖位置にあり、通電時に圧縮空気を解放して前記導入ラインに配置されたボールバルブを作動することで液体試料の流入を遮断することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットに複数の電磁バルブが電気的に接続されており、各電磁バルブは、通常は閉鎖位置にあり、通電時に圧縮空気を解放して前記導入ラインおよび前記排出ラインに配置されたボールバルブを作動することで、前記気化装置に流入する液体試料および前記分析装置に流入する気体試料を遮断することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットに接続された熱電対により前記分析装置の温度を監視し、前記温度が所定値を下回った場合に前記電磁バルブを作動することで試料の流入を遮断することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットに接続された圧力センサにより前記分析装置に供給されるキャリアガスの圧力を監視し、前記圧力が所定値を下回った場合に前記分析装置を停止することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 圧力を低下させるためのリリーフバルブを有することを特徴とする請求項9〜13のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記試料は液体であり、
圧力を低下させるためのリリーフバルブを有することを特徴とする請求項9〜13のいずれかに記載のシステム。
