Claims (4)
- i) 少なくとも94.8重量%のマグネシウム、
ii) 2.5〜4.6重量%のネオジム、
iii) 0.05〜0.40重量%のイットリウム、
iv) 0.03〜0.65重量%のジルコニウム、
v) 最大0.02重量%のカルシウム、及び
vi) 最大0.007重量%の鉄を含有する不可避不純物
からなる、高温用途用の軽量合金であって、
軽量合金がY-Fe金属間化合物を含有しない合金である、高温用途用の軽量合金。 - 高圧ダイカスト(HPDC)、砂型鋳造、インベストメント鋳造、及び金型鋳造からなる群から選択されるプロセスに使用することができる、請求項1に記載の合金。
- その後に圧延を行う双ロール鋳造、又は、その後に鍛造、押し出し、もしくは圧延を行う直接チル鋳造のいずれかを含むプロセスに使用することができる、請求項1に記載の合金。
- HPDCに使用することができる、請求項2に記載の高温用途用の軽量合金。
