Claims (12)
- 単一のカニューレ型ねじ込み体(2)、受支体(4)及び保持体(6)を備える骨固定システムであって、
前記ねじ込み体(2)は、その近位端(10)の領域に位置しているおねじ頭(8)、及び、前記ねじ込み体(2)の遠位端(14)に向かって長軸(A)に沿って前記おねじ頭(8)から延在している細長いおねじ杆(12)を備え、
前記おねじ頭(8)は、前記近位端(10)に面する表側に近位面(20)、及び前記遠位端(14)に面する背面側に遠位面(22)を備え、少なくとも前記遠位面(22)の一部は、接触面(24)を形成し、
前記受支体(4)は、幅が広く平面で環状のリムを有する、円盤状又は凹状プレートの形状であり、
前記受支体(4)は、前記おねじ杆(12)の最大径(ds)よりも大きく且つ前記おねじ頭(8)の最大径(dh)よりも小さい径(d1)を有する中心孔(26)を備え、

- 前記保持体(6)は、前記おねじ頭(8)の最大径(dh)よりも小さい径(d2)を有する中心孔(28)を備えているか、又は定めている、請求項の1または2に記載の骨固定システム。
- 前記受支体(4)の前記中心孔(26)の直径(d1)及び/又は前記保持体(6)の中心孔(28)の直径(d2)を、それぞれ一時的に変更しうるようにするために、前記受支体(4)は、少なくとも前記中心孔(26)のまわりの領域において弾性変形可能であり、及び/又は、前記保持体(6)は、少なくとも前記中心孔(28)のまわりの領域において弾性変形可能である、請求項3に記載の骨固定システム。
- 前記端部キャップ(34)は、前記受支体(4)の対応するめねじ部(38)と係合しうるおねじ部(36)を備えている、請求項1に記載の骨固定システム。
- 前記骨固定システムは、完全係合状態にされている場合、前記受支体(4)が相対的な長手方向変位を防止するようにして、前記ねじ込み体(2)に固定されるようになっている請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の骨固定システム。

- 前記おねじ杆(12)は、直径が7.0mm〜8.0mmの範囲である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の骨固定システム。
- 前記ねじ込み体(2)の長さは、20mm〜200mmの範囲である、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の骨固定システム。
- 少なくとも一つの骨固定システム、ガイドワイヤポジショナ(60)、ガイドワイヤ(62)、及び、前記骨固定システムの前記ねじ込み体(2)を固定するための挿入ツール(64)を備える外科用キットであって、
前記骨固定システムは、単一のカニューレ型ねじ込み体(2)、受支体(4)及び保持体(6)を備え、
前記ねじ込み体(2)は、その近位端(10)の領域に位置しているおねじ頭(8)、及び、前記ねじ込み体(2)の遠位端(14)に向かって長軸(A)に沿って前記おねじ頭(8)から延在している細長いおねじ杆(12)を備え、
前記おねじ頭(8)は、前記近位端(10)に面する表側に近位面(20)、及び前記遠位端(14)に面する背面側に遠位面(22)を備え、少なくとも前記遠位面(22)の一部は、接触面(24)を形成し、
前記受支体(4)は、幅が広く平面で環状のリムを有する、円盤状又は凹状プレートの形状であり、
前記受支体(4)は、前記おねじ杆(12)の最大径(ds)よりも大きく且つ前記おねじ頭(8)の最大径(dh)よりも小さい径(d1)を有する中心孔(26)を備え、
前記受支体(4)は、前記骨固定システムが完全に係合した状態にあるとき、前記骨に当接するようになっている底面(32)を更に備え、
前記保持体(6)は、前記ねじ込み体(2)に対して前記受支体(4)が軸回転を同時に可能にしながら、前記ねじ込み体(2)及び前記受支体(4)が離脱不能な態様で接続されるように、前記受支体(4)と接続可能又は前記受支体(4)と一体的に形成され、前記おねじ頭(8)を収容するための収容部(40)を有し、
前記保持体(6)は、前記受支体(4)に取り外し可能に接続される端部キャップ(34)の形態をしていることを特徴とする外科用キット。 - 前記ガイドワイヤポジショナ(60)は、斜めにカットした先端(66)を備え、及び/又は、前記ガイドワイヤ(62)は、ねじ部(68)を備えている、請求項11に記載の外科用キット。
