- 前記関節窩コンポーネント及び前記上腕骨コンポーネントが、1つ又は複数のファスナを用いて、それぞれ、前記関節窩の前記切除処理部分及び前記上腕骨の前記切除処理部分に取付け可能である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の肩関節プロテーゼ。
- 前記関節窩コンポーネント及び前記上腕骨コンポーネントの少なくとも一方が、骨凹部内に受け入れられるように構成されたペグを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の肩関節プロテーゼ。
- 前記ペグが溝付きペグを含む、請求項7に記載の肩関節プロテーゼ。
- 前記関節窩関節層及び前記上腕骨関節層が、各々、凹状関節面を含む、請求項2〜8のいずれか1項に記載の肩関節プロテーゼ。
- 前記関節コンポーネントが、前記関節窩関節層の前記凹状関節面と係合するように構成された第1凸面部分と、前記上腕骨関節層の前記凹状関節面と係合するように構成された第2凸面部分と、を少なくとも有する外面を含む、請求項9に記載の肩関節プロテーゼ。
- 前記関節窩関節層及び前記上腕骨関節層が、各々、凸状関節面を含む、請求項2〜8のいずれか1項に記載の肩関節プロテーゼ。
- 前記関節コンポーネントが、前記関節窩関節層の前記凸状関節面と係合するように構成された第1凹面部分と、前記上腕骨関節層の前記凸状関節面と係合するように構成された第2凹面部分と、を少なくとも有する外面を含む、請求項11に記載の肩関節プロテーゼ。
- 肩関節プロテーゼであって、
関節窩本体と関節窩関節面とを含む関節窩コンポーネントであって、前記関節窩本体が、関節窩の切除処理部分と係合する形状を有する、関節窩コンポーネントと、
上腕骨本体と上腕骨関節面とを含む上腕骨コンポーネントであって、前記上腕骨本体が、上腕骨の切除処理部分と係合する形状を有する、上腕骨コンポーネントと、
前記関節窩関節面と前記上腕骨関節面との間に配置可能な非対称形状の関節コンポーネントであって、当該関節コンポーネントが、埋植後、少なくとも三角筋及び回旋腱板筋によって所定の場所に保持されるように構成される、関節コンポーネントと、
を含み、
前記関節コンポーネントは、第1曲率半径を有する第1部分と、第2曲率半径を有する第2部分と、を有し、前記第1曲率半径は、前記第2曲率半径よりも大きく、前記第1部分は、埋植時に肩峰突起骨の近傍に位置し、前記第2部分は、埋植時に腋窩近傍に位置し、
前記関節コンポーネントは、前記関節コンポーネントの第1部分から前記関節コンポーネントの第2部分まで延びる前記関節コンポーネントの第1中心軸線に関して非対称であり、
前記関節コンポーネントは、前記第1中心軸線に対して垂直に延びる前記関節コンポーネントの第2中心軸線に関して非対称である、
肩関節プロテーゼ。 - 前記関節窩本体及び前記上腕骨本体が第1材料から形成され、前記関節窩関節面及び前記上腕骨関節面が、前記第1材料とは異なる第2材料から形成される、請求項13に記載の肩関節プロテーゼ。
