Description
Claims (11)
- 第1のインピーダンスを有する、第1の炭素繊維強化プラスチック積層板と、
前記第1のインピーダンスと実質的に一致する第2のインピーダンスを有する、第2の炭素繊維強化プラスチック積層板と、
前記第1及び第2の積層板の間の接着ボンドラインであって、前記第1及び第2のインピーダンスと実質的に一致する第3のインピーダンスを有する接着剤及びスクリムを含む、接着ボンドラインとを備える、複合積層構造。 - 前記第1及び第2の積層板は、燃料を蓄えるために適合された、オープンな内部空間を有する燃料タンクの部分を形成し、
前記接着ボンドラインの一部分は、前記燃料タンクの前記オープンな内部空間に晒される、請求項1に記載の複合積層構造。 - 前記第1及び第2の積層板、並びに前記接着ボンドラインは、T形状の接合部を形成する、請求項1又は2に記載の複合積層構造。
- 前記第1、第2、及び第3のインピーダンスのうちの各々は、抵抗成分及びリアクタンス成分を含み、
各前記抵抗成分は実質的に等しく、
各前記リアクタンス成分は実質的に等しい、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の複合積層構造。 - 前記スクリムは炭素繊維から形成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の複合積層構造。
- 前記第1及び第2の積層板、並びに前記接着ボンドラインは、実質的に同じAC導電率を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の複合積層構造。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の構造を備える、露出された接着接合部を有する航空機の燃料タンク。
- 避雷手段を有する複合航空機の燃料タンクであって、
少なくとも1つの第1の炭素繊維強化プラスチック積層壁と、
少なくとも1つの第2の炭素繊維強化プラスチック積層壁と、
前記第1及び第2の積層壁を接続する接着ボンドラインであって、前記第1及び第2の積層壁のうちの各々のインピーダンスと実質的に一致するインピーダンスを有する導電性スクリムを含む、接着ボンドラインとを備える、複合航空機の燃料タンク。 - 前記接着ボンドラインの少なくとも一部分は、前記燃料タンク内部の燃料蒸気に晒されるように適合される、請求項8に記載の複合航空機の燃料タンク。
- 落雷に対して防御された、露出された接着部を有する複合構造を製作する方法であって、
第1及び第2の炭素繊維強化プラスチックプリプレグ積層板を積層することと、
前記第1及び第2のプリプレグ積層板を硬化させることと、
前記第1及び第2の硬化された積層板を接着接合部に接続することであって、
前記第1及び第2の積層板のうちの各々のインピーダンスと実質的に一致するインピーダンスを有するスクリムを選択することと、
前記スクリムを接着剤に含浸することと、
ボンドラインを形成するために、前記第1及び第2の積層板の間に、含浸された前記スクリムを設置することと、
前記接着剤を硬化させることと、を含む接続することとを含む、方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法によって製造される、露出された接着接合部を有する航空機の燃料タンク。
