Claims (5)
- 金属部品(11)の表面(11b)に開口する孔(11a)の内部に圧入した金属球(12)を抜け止めすべく、前記孔(11a)の開口部(11c)の全周縁に前記金属球(12)の外径よりも小径のかしめ部(11e)が形成された金属部品のかしめ構造であって、
前記金属部品(11)表面の平坦面(11d)に形成された、前記金属球(12)の外径よりも大径の前記孔(11a)の開口縁部(11f)から、該孔(11a)の内部に向かって前記かしめ部(11e)の最小径部に至るまで、前記平坦面(11d)に連続する前記孔(11a)の内径が徐々に且つ連続的に小さくなっており、前記金属球(12)の前記平坦面(11d)側の頂点は、抜け止めのために前記開口縁部(11f)を越えて前記平坦面(11d)側に飛び出していることを特徴とする金属部品のかしめ構造。 - 請求項1に記載のかしめ部(11e)をかしめ工具(13)を用いて加工するための金属部品のかしめ方法であって、
前記かしめ工具(13)は、前記かしめ部(11e)を加工するかしめ加工部(13c)と、前記金属球(12)に当接して該金属球(12)を前記孔(11a)の内部に圧入する金属球圧入部(13d)とを備えていて、前記かしめ加工部(13c)は、前記かしめ工具(13)の先端側に向かって縮径するテーパ面を有して、そのテーパ面の最小外径(D4)が前記孔(11a)の内径(D1)よりも小さく設定される一方、前記金属球圧入部(13d)は、前記かしめ加工部(13c)の内周から前記かしめ工具(13)の基端側に向かって縮径するテーパ面を有し、前記かしめ工具(13)で、前記孔(11a)の内部への前記金属球(12)の圧入と、前記かしめ部(11e)の加工とを同時に行うことを特徴とする金属部品のかしめ方法。 - 前記金属球圧入部(13d)は円錐面からなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の金属部品のかしめ方法。
- 前記かしめ加工部(13c)は円錐面からなることを特徴とする、請求項2または請求項3に記載の金属部品のかしめ方法。
- 前記かしめ工具(13)は、前記金属部品(11)の表面(11b)に当接して前記孔(11a)の内部への前記金属球(2)の圧入深さを規制する圧入深さ規制部(13b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の金属部品のかしめ方法。
