Description
・当接部がU字状断面により開放されると共に、U字状断面の開放側が半径方向内方を指向する環状本体と、
・本体を半径方向外方に向けて付勢すると共に、軸線方向に蛇行状に延びるリング状ばねとを備え、
本体内に配置されたリング状ばねの部分においては、蛇行状ループが、U字状断面の肢部に交互に当接し、
本体から突出したリング状ばねの部分においては、蛇行状ループが、U字状断面における肢部の半径方向内方を指向するエッジに交互に当接している。
Claims (2)
- コンプレッション型のピストンリング(1)であって、
・当接部がU字状断面により開放されると共に、前記U字状断面の開放側が半径方向内方を指向する環状本体(2)と、
・前記環状本体(2)を半径方向外方に向けて付勢すると共に、軸線方向に蛇行状に延びるリング状ばね(4)とを備え、
前記環状本体(2)内に配置されたリング状ばね(4)の部分においては、内側の蛇行状ループ(5)が、前記U字状断面における上側及び下側の肢部(3)の各内面に交互に当接することにより、肢部(3)が圧力負荷に対して軸線方向に支持され、
前記環状本体(2)から突出したリング状ばね(4)の部分においては、外側の蛇行状ループ(6)が、前記U字状断面における前記肢部(3)の半径方向内方を指向するエッジに交互に当接しており、
前記リング状ばね(4)は、波形状の蛇行形状を有し、前記内側の蛇行状ループ(5)を前記外側の蛇行状ループ(6)から分離するスロットが、蛇行状ループのそれぞれに配置されており、そして、前記リング状ばね(4)はまた、前記環状本体(2)の内側に配置されたリング状ばね(4)の部分において、スロットによって分離された追加の蛇行状ループを有している、ピストンリング。 - 請求項1に記載のピストンリング(1)であって、前記環状本体(2)及び/又は前記U字状断面の内側が、矩形状に形成されているピストンリング。
