Description
The present invention relates to a technique of a carbonization furnace.
Conventionally, a technique of a carbonization furnace in which waste is pyrolyzed and carbonized in a pyrolysis furnace is known (see Patent Document 1).
The carbonization furnace is installed in, for example, a hospital, a care facility, an accommodation facility, or a dormitory. Examples of the waste include kitchen waste or used paper diapers.
The carbonization furnace includes an exhaust part. The exhaust section of the carbonization furnace exhausts the exhaust gas generated when the waste is pyrolyzed in the pyrolysis furnace with a catalyst or the like.
However, in the carbonization furnace, the exhaust gas that has flowed into the exhaust section from the pyrolysis furnace flows to the side and immediately flows upward, and then flows upward through the catalyst. As described above, in the carbonization furnace, since the flow path of the exhaust gas in the exhaust part is simple, the exhaust part is made high-performance (expensive) and large in order to sufficiently treat the exhaust gas. Therefore, the carbonization furnace is expensive and large.
This invention is made | formed in view of the above situations, and makes it a subject to provide the carbonization furnace which can comprise what can fully process exhaust gas small and cheaply.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, each of the heat conduction heaters is surrounded by a bottomed cylindrical cover member, and the peripheral surface of the heat conduction heater and the protruding side end are surrounded by the cover. The member is made of a material having high thermal conductivity.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the heat conduction heater is controlled by the operation unit, and the temperature of the exhaust gas flowing from the upper part of the pyrolysis furnace into the exhaust unit by heating the waste. The carbonization furnace is
A main body for pyrolyzing the waste;
It has an exhaust part that exhausts exhaust gas,
The body is
A pyrolysis furnace having an inner wall configured to taper downward toward the bottom;
A plurality of rod-like heat conduction heaters, which are arranged so as to penetrate the inner wall from the outside at the lower part of the pyrolysis furnace, and are arranged so that each projecting side end projects into the pyrolysis furnace,
An infrared layer formed in layers below the plurality of rod-shaped heat conduction heaters;
A stirring device arranged to operate in the pyrolysis furnace and below the infrared layer;
An ash outlet provided at a lower portion outside the pyrolysis furnace;
An operation unit configured to enable temperature adjustment in the pyrolysis furnace by operating the heat conduction heater,
The exhaust unit includes an exhaust pipe connected to an upper portion of the pyrolysis furnace, an exhaust fan and an exhaust processing unit provided in the middle of the exhaust pipe,
The exhaust pipe includes an upstream exhaust pipe as an upstream flow path connected to an upper portion of the pyrolysis furnace, and a downstream exhaust pipe as a downstream flow path with respect to the upstream flow path,
The exhaust part is
As a lower flow path which is a passage through which the exhaust gas flows downward, the upstream exhaust pipe, the exhaust processing section, and a portion of the downstream exhaust pipe connected to the exhaust processing section extend to the lower end. And a portion to
As an upper flow path that is a passage through which the exhaust gas flows upward, it has a portion extending upward from the lower end portion of the downstream exhaust pipe to the exhaust port of the upper end portion,
The upper flow path is longer than the lower flow path ,
The lower end of the downstream exhaust pipe is located below the lower end of the pyrolysis furnace,
The exhaust port of the downstream exhaust pipe is located above the upper end of the pyrolysis furnace,
In the infrared layer of the pyrolysis furnace, a plurality of ceramic balls are spread,
Injecting the waste into the pyrolysis furnace from the upper end inlet,
In the operation unit, the heat conduction heater is operated to adjust the temperature in the pyrolysis furnace, the waste is pyrolyzed, and the pyrolysis process is performed from the upper part of the pyrolysis furnace to the exhaust pipe. The temperature of the exhaust gas flowing in is controlled to be 100 ° C. to 200 ° C.,
Keeping the inside of the pyrolysis furnace warm with the infrared layer,
Exhaust the exhaust gas generated when the waste is pyrolyzed by the exhaust fan, and treat it in the exhaust treatment unit,
The stirrer is operated at a preset time below the infrared layer, and the waste is pyrolyzed and carbonized to stir the ash accumulated in the infrared layer below the heat conduction heater. Drop it down,
A waste treatment method, wherein the ash is taken out of the main body from an outlet of the ash provided at a lower portion outside the pyrolysis furnace.
