Description
ショアA硬度は、加圧面が試験片と接触してから3秒後に硬度の値を読み取られるDIN53505に従って測定する。硬度は、以下の明細書にショアA硬度(3秒)として示す。
引張強度は、DIN53504に従って測定し、S2試験片を測定に用いる。
破断点伸びは、DIN53504に従って測定し、S2試験片を測定に用いる、
摩耗量は、DIN53516に従って測定する。
Claims (8)
- 実質的に可塑剤を含まず、加圧面が試験片と接触してから3秒後に硬度の値が読み取られる、DIN53505に従って測定された60以下のショアA硬度を有し、
i)直鎖状ポリオール、
ii)有機ジイソシアネート、ならびに
iii)エチレングリコールおよび/または1,3−プロパンジオールを含むグリコール鎖延長剤、
の一段階反応によって製造され、
前記グリコール鎖延長剤は、エチレングリコールおよび/または1,3−プロパンジオールを、使用する鎖延長剤の総モル数に対して90モル%以上含み、及び
直鎖状ポリオール(i)が、アジピン酸および1,3−プロパンジオールに由来するポリエステルポリオール(ポリ(1,3−プロピレンアジペート)ジオール)であり、またはアジピン酸ならびにエチレングリコールおよび1,4−ブタンジオールに由来し(ポリ(エチレン1,4−ブチレンアジペート)ジオール)、1.5×103g/molから5.0×103g/molの範囲内の数平均分子量を有し、及び
前記ポリエステルポリオールの前記ポリ(1,3−プロピレンアジペート)ジオールが、1.5×103から4.0×103の数平均分子量を有する、熱可塑性ポリウレタンであって、
グリコール鎖延長剤がエチレングリコールであり、有機ジイソシアネートが4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートであり、直鎖状ポリオールが、アジピン酸および1,3−プロパンジオールに由来し(ポリ(1,3−プロピレンアジペート)ジオール)、1.5×103から4.0×103の数平均分子量を有することを特徴とする熱可塑性ポリウレタン。 - 加圧面が試験片と接触してから3秒後に硬度の値が読み取られる、DIN53505に従って測定された55から30のショアA硬度を有する、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
- 加圧面が試験片と接触してから3秒後に硬度の値が読み取られる、DIN53505に従って測定された50から35のショアA硬度を有する、請求項2に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
- グリコール鎖延長剤がエチレングリコールであり、有機ジイソシアネートが4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートであり、直鎖状ポリオールが、2.2×103から4.0×103の数平均分子量を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
- 鎖延長剤としてのエチレングリコールが、熱可塑性ポリウレタンの総質量の1.0質量%から2.8質量%の量で使用される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
- エチレングリコールが、熱可塑性ポリウレタンの総質量の1.2質量パーセントから2.4質量%の量で使用される、請求項5に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
- エチレングリコールが、熱可塑性ポリウレタンの総質量の1.4質量%から2.0質量%の量で使用される、請求項6に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンを射出成形または押出成形によって成形することを含む、熱可塑性ポリウレタン成形品の製造方法。
