図面を用いて、本実施形態に係る表示装置100の構成について説明する。
図面を用いて、本実施形態に係る表示装置200の構成について説明する。図7は、本実施形態に係る表示装置200の共通電極156のレイアウトを示す模式図である。
図面を用いて、本実施形態に係る表示装置300の構成について説明する。図8は、本実施形態に係る表示装置200の検出電極160のレイアウトを示す模式図である。本実施形態に係る表示装置300と表示装置100とを比較すると、検出電極160のレイアウトのみが異なっている。
図面を用いて、本実施形態に係る表示装置400の構成について説明する。図9は、本実施形態に係る表示装置400の共通電極156のレイアウト及び共通電極156の接続関係を示す模式図である。
<第5実施形態>
図面を用いて、本実施形態に係る表示装置500の構成について説明する。図10は、本実施形態に係る表示装置500の共通電極156のレイアウト及び共通電極156の接続関係を示す模式図である。
図面を用いて、本実施形態に係る表示装置600の構成について説明する。図11は、本実施形態に係る表示装置600の共通電極156のレイアウト及び共通電極156の接続関係を示す模式図である。尚、図11においては、基準電源回路136及び走査回路150を省略しているが、これらの接続関係は図4と同様である。
<第7実施形態>
図面を用いて、本実施形態に係る表示装置700の構成について説明する。図12は、本実施形態に係る表示装置700の分割された共通電極156の端部を拡大した図である。
Claims (11)
- 基板上に、各々が少なくとも一つの発光素子を有する複数の画素が配列された表示領域と、
前記画素を順次走査する走査線駆動回路と、
走査された前記複数の画素に順次映像信号を入力する映像信号駆動回路と、
前記複数の発光素子に共通して設けられ、前記表示領域内において放射状に複数の領域に分割された共通電極と、
前記複数の領域に分割された共通電極に接続され、定電位を供給する基準電源回路、又は前記表示領域内のタッチ位置を検出する走査回路を前記共通電極に選択的に接続する電圧切り替えスイッチ回路とを備え、
前記基板は、可撓性を有し、
前記複数の領域に分割された共通電極は、前記基板の折り曲げ形状に合わせた分割形状を有する表示装置。 - 前記複数の領域に分割された共通電極のいずれかは、三角形又は四角形の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記放射状に複数の領域に分割された共通電極は、前記表示領域の略中央を中心として放射状に複数の領域に分割された共通電極である請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記共通電極は、タッチパネルの走査電極を構成し、
前記表示領域に、前記走査電極と交差する検出電極を更に備えた請求項3に記載の表示装置。 - 前記検出電極は、らせん状に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の表示装置。
- 前記検出電極は、略同心円状に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数の領域に分割された共通電極は、単層でタッチパネルを構成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数の領域に分割された共通電極の各々に設けられた複数の補助電極を更に備えた請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記発光素子は、有機発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記発光素子は、量子ドット発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記共通電極は、タッチパネルの走査電極を構成し、
前記走査電極の上方に配置された検出電極を更に備えた請求項1に記載の表示装置。
