Claims (8)
- 流体分配システムを製造する方法であって、
第1の方向に流体を流すように構成された第1の分配管路を提供するステップと、
前記第1の分配管路の外面に少なくとも1つの内部支持部材を結合するステップであって、前記少なくとも1つの内部支持部材は、前記少なくとも1つの内部支持部材から半径方向外側へと延伸する複数の支持脚を含む、結合するステップと、
第2の分配管路を前記第1の分配管路と同心円状に位置決めし、前記前記第1の分配管路を囲繞するステップであって、前記第2の分配管路は、反対の第2の方向に前記流体を流すように構成される、位置決めおよび囲繞するステップと、
前記第2の分配管路の内面に前記複数の支持脚を結合するステップと
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの内部支持部材は、前記少なくとも1つの内部支持部材の内面上に配設されたろう材を含み、前記第1の分配管路の外面に少なくとも1つの内部支持部材を結合するステップは、前記少なくとも1つの内部支持部材を前記第1の分配管路にろう付けするために前記少なくとも1つの内部支持部材を加熱するステップを備え、
前記少なくとも1つの内部支持部材の前記複数の支持脚の各々の支持脚の外面は、前記外面上に配設されたろう材を含み、前記第2の分配管路の内面に前記複数の支持脚を結合するステップは、前記複数の支持脚を前記第2の分配管路にろう付けするために前記第2の分配管路を加熱するステップを備える方法。 - 前記第1の分配管路と前記第2の分配管路とを充填材で満たすステップと、
前記第1の分配管路と前記第2の分配管路とを湾曲させるステップと
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の分配管路と前記第2の分配管路とを前記充填材で満たす前に、前記第1の分配管路及び前記第2の分配管路の第1端部を塞ぐステップをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の分配管路と前記第2の分配管路とを前記充填材で満たした後に、前記第1の分配管路及び前記第2の分配管路の第2端部を塞ぐステップをさらに備える、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の分配管路と前記第2の分配管路とを充填材で満たすステップは、前記第1の分配管路と前記第2の分配管路とを砂礫で満たすステップを備える、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の分配管路及び前記第2の分配管路から前記充填材を除去するステップをさらに備える、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の分配管路の外面に少なくとも1つの内部支持部材を結合するステップは、前記第1の分配管路の前記外面に複数の内部支持部材を結合するステップを備え、前記複数の内部支持部材は、前記第1の分配管路に沿って所定の距離だけ間隔があいている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の支持脚を前記第2の分配管路にろう付けするために前記第2の分配管路を加熱するステップは、前記複数の支持脚が前記第2の分配管路の内面と接触する所定の箇所で前記第2の分配管路を加熱するステップを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
