Abstract
Description
さらに、車載用蓄電池の必要条件は、安全確保に関する条件である。車載用蓄電池の劣化や損傷を受けてもセルガスの発散や液体電解質の飛散が搭乗スペースでは起きないことである。車載用蓄電池は車体の底盤の下側に設けることが最適条件となる。
電気自動車の搭乗者空間の確保のため、車載用蓄電池は薄型であることも求められる。
前述の車載用蓄電池の配置、重量、大きさは、電気自動車の安定走行と搭乗者の安全と車載用蓄電池交換の利便性に寄与し、将来生産される車載用蓄電池においても実現することが可能かつ容易である。したがって、車載用蓄電池の共通形式として期待できるものである。
それに比べ、蓄電池交換システムは、既存の電気配電網を利用することで新たなインフラを用意する必要もない。また、蓄電池を遍在させることで電気の備蓄や電力使用の平準化にもつながる。

Claims (4)
- 電気自動車の車体底盤の下方から車体に着脱可能な電気自動車の車載用蓄電池において、1段階目はラッチ固定とし、2段階目をデッドボルト固定とする2段階の異なる固定方法により車体に取り付けする車載用蓄電池の取付構造。
- 請求項1記載の車載用蓄電池の取付構造において、車載用蓄電池を車体に取り付けたのちさらに車載用蓄電池を車体底盤に引き寄せて、車載用蓄電池に2周に設けたパッキンを車体底盤に密着させ、車載用蓄電池の上面を二重に防水する構造。
- 請求項1記載の車載用蓄電池の取付構造において、車体底盤に取り付ける際の取付構造と連動して、当該車載用蓄電池の電極を露出し、車体底盤から取り外した際に当該車載用蓄電池の電極を隠蔽する感電防止の電極構造。
- 請求項1記載の車載用蓄電池の取付構造において当該車載用蓄電池を載せるための台とハンドルと前述車載用蓄電池の後部を押し上げるレバーを有する、前述車載用蓄電池を車体底盤に下方から潜り込ませ電気自動車車体に取り付ける台車。
