Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1種の凝縮可能な構成成分、即ちタールを含有する高温の合成ガスを冷却し、前記合成ガスが、マルチステージ冷却プロセスにおいて、第1の冷却ステージ、第2の冷却ステージ、及び第3の冷却ステージを順々に通過し、そして前記合成ガスが、少なくとも部分的な冷却後、前記少なくとも1種の凝縮可能な構成成分を分離するための少なくとも1つの分離ステップに供される方法であって、前記合成ガスが、前記第1の冷却ステージで、前記少なくとも1種の凝縮可能な構成成分部分の凝縮温度よりも高い温度に冷却され、そして前記合成ガスが、前記第2の冷却ステージで前記少なくとも1種の凝縮可能な構成成分の前記凝縮温度未満の温度、即ち200℃以下の温度に冷却され、そして前記第2の冷却ステージが、前記第3の冷却ステージ後で、前記少なくとも1つの分離ステップ後に分枝された合成ガスの一部の量を、前記合成ガス流に再循環させることを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記合成ガスが、前記第1の冷却ステージで、少なくとも1つ、好ましくは順々に通って流れる2つの熱交換器(14、15)を通って導かれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第3の冷却ステージ及び前記分離ステップが、ガススクラバー(17)における前記合成ガスのスクラビングを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記分離ステップが、固体の構成成分を分離するためのろ過を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記合成ガスが、前記第1の冷却ステージにおいて、280℃を超える温度に冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記合成ガスが、前記第2の冷却ステージにおいて、150〜200℃の温度に冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記合成ガスが、前記第3の冷却ステージにおいて、20〜70℃の温度に冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記再循環される合成ガスの量が、前記第2と前記第3の冷却ステージの間に配置された温度センサの測定値の関数として調節されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
