前記制御モジュールは、
シーケンス制御ユニットと、
データ出力ユニットと、
黒画面出力ユニットと、
データ出力選択ユニットと、を備え、
前記電圧モジュールは、
Gamma等の電圧ユニットと、
OLED駆動電圧ユニットと、を備え、
前記シーケンス制御ユニットは、低圧差動信号からのクロック信号と有効表示データストローブ信号を受信し、
前記シーケンス制御ユニットは、さらに、前記クロック信号と前記有効表示データストローブ信号に基づいて、前記表示パネルにスキャン制御信号とデータ制御信号を送信し、
前記シーケンス制御ユニットは、さらに、フレーム制御信号を生成して、前記データ出力選択ユニットと前記OLED駆動電圧ユニットとに前記フレーム制御信号を送信し、
前記データ出力ユニットは、前記低圧差動信号からの正常映像信号を受信し、
前記データ出力ユニットと前記黒画面出力ユニットとが前記データ出力選択ユニットにそれぞれ前記正常映像信号と黒画面信号を入力し、
前記データ出力選択ユニットは、前記フレーム制御信号に基づいて、前記表示パネルにデータ信号として前記正常映像信号または黒画面信号を出力し、
前記表示パネルは、複数の配列分布した画素構造を備え、
各前記画素構造は、
第1トランジスタと、
第2トランジスタと、
保持コンデンサと、
有機発光ダイオードと、を備え、
前記第1トランジスタのドレイン電極は前記データ信号を受信し、グリッド電極は、前記スキャン制御信号に基づいてスキャン駆動回路から出力されるスキャン信号を受信し、ソース電極は前記第2トランジスタのグリッド電極に電気接続され、
前記第2トランジスタのドレイン電極は前記電源正電位に電気接続され、ソース電極は前記有機発光ダイオードの正極に電気接続され、
前記有機発光ダイオードの負極は前記電源負電位に電気接続され、
前記フレーム制御信号が高レベルの時、前記データ出力選択ユニットは、前記表示パネルに前記データ信号として前記正常映像信号を出力し、
前記フレーム制御信号が低レベルの時、前記データ出力選択ユニットは、前記表示パネルに前記データ信号として前記黒画面信号を出力し、
フレームが正常映像信号を出力する時、隣り合う次のフレームは、黒画面を出力し、
前記シーケンス制御ユニットが生成する前記フレーム制御信号は、さらに前記OLED駆動電圧ユニットを制御し、
前記OLED駆動電圧ユニットは、前記有機発光ダイオードに電源正電位と電源負電位を提供し、
前記フレーム制御信号が高レベルで、前記データ出力選択ユニットが前記正常映像信号を出力する時、前記電源負電位と前記OLED駆動電圧ユニットが出力する所定の負電位は接続され、
前記フレーム制御信号が低レベルで、前記データ出力選択ユニットが前記黒画面信号を出力する時、前記電源負電位と前記OLED駆動電圧ユニットが出力する所定の正電位は接続され、
前記所定の正電位は、前記電源正電位より高い
ことを特徴とするAMOLED駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のAMOLED駆動装置において、
前記AMOLED駆動装置の入力周波数は60HZであり、出力周波数は120HZまで上がる
ことを特徴とするAMOLED駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のAMOLED駆動装置において、
前記Gamma等の電圧ユニットは、スキャン駆動回路とデータ駆動回路が必要とする電圧を提供する
ことを特徴とするAMOLED駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のAMOLED駆動装置において、
隣り合う2枚のフレームにおいて、データ信号は、前記正常映像信号と前記黒画面信号とで交互に入れ替わる
ことを特徴とするAMOLED駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のAMOLED駆動装置において、
隣り合う2枚のフレームにおいて、前記電源正電位と前記電源負電位の位相は反対である
ことを特徴とするAMOLED駆動装置。 - 制御モジュールと、
電圧モジュールと、
表示パネルと、からなるAMOLED駆動装置の駆動方法であって、
前記制御モジュールは、
シーケンス制御ユニットと、
データ出力ユニットと、
黒画面出力ユニットと、
データ出力選択ユニットと、を備え、
前記電圧モジュールは、
Gamma等の電圧ユニットと、
OLED駆動電圧ユニットと、を備え、
前記シーケンス制御ユニットは、低圧差動信号からのクロック信号と有効表示データストローブ信号を受信し、
前記シーケンス制御ユニットは、さらに、前記クロック信号と前記有効表示データストローブ信号に基づいて、前記表示パネルにスキャン制御信号とデータ制御信号を送信し、
前記シーケンス制御ユニットは、さらに、フレーム制御信号を生成して、前記データ出力選択ユニットと前記OLED駆動電圧ユニットとに前記フレーム制御信号を送信し、
前記データ出力ユニットは、前記低圧差動信号からの正常映像信号を受信し、
前記データ出力ユニットと前記黒画面出力ユニットとが前記データ出力選択ユニットにそれぞれ前記正常映像信号と黒画面信号を入力し、
前記データ出力選択ユニットは、前記フレーム制御信号に基づいて、前記表示パネルにデータ信号として前記正常映像信号または黒画面信号を出力し、
前記表示パネルは、複数の配列分布した画素構造を備え、
各前記画素構造は、
第1トランジスタと、
第2トランジスタと、
保持コンデンサと、
有機発光ダイオードと、を備え、
前記第1トランジスタのドレイン電極は前記データ信号を受信し、グリッド電極は、前記スキャン制御信号に基づいてスキャン駆動回路から出力されるスキャン信号を受信し、ソース電極は前記第2トランジスタのグリッド電極に電気接続され、
前記第2トランジスタのドレイン電極は前記電源正電位に電気接続され、ソース電極は前記有機発光ダイオードの正極に電気接続され、
前記有機発光ダイオードの負極は前記電源負電位に電気接続され、
前記フレーム制御信号が高レベルの時、前記データ出力選択ユニットは、前記表示パネルに前記データ信号として前記正常映像信号を出力し、
前記フレーム制御信号が低レベルの時、前記データ出力選択ユニットは、前記表示パネルに前記データ信号として前記黒画面信号を出力し、
フレームが正常映像信号を出力する時、隣り合う次のフレームは、黒画面を出力し、
前記シーケンス制御ユニットが生成する前記フレーム制御信号は、さらに前記OLED駆動電圧ユニットを制御し、
前記OLED駆動電圧ユニットは、前記有機発光ダイオードに電源正電位と電源負電位を提供し、
前記フレーム制御信号が高レベルで、前記データ出力選択ユニットが前記正常映像信号を出力する時、前記電源負電位と前記OLED駆動電圧ユニットが出力する所定の負電位は接続され、
前記フレーム制御信号が低レベルで、前記データ出力選択ユニットが前記黒画面信号を出力する時、前記電源負電位と前記OLED駆動電圧ユニットが出力する所定の正電位は接続され、
前記所定の正電位は、前記電源正電位より高い
