Claims (6)
- 駆動プーリ(1)と従動プーリ(2)とベルト(3)とを有する軸方向伝動システムにおいて、
前記駆動プーリ(1)は、駆動シャフト(10)に固定される静止ディスク(11)と、前記駆動シャフト(10)に沿ってその軸の方向に移動する可動ディスク(12)とを具備し、前記駆動プーリ(1)は、その外側表面に、前記軸に対し傾斜している一連のハウジング(13)を有し、前記ハウジング(13)は、前記駆動シャフト(10)と一体に回転する釣鐘型形状のカバー(4)に対し慣性力で動くマス(14)を収納し、
前記従動プーリ(2)は、出力シャフト(20)に固定された静止ディスク(21)と、前記出力シャフト(20)に対し自身の慣性力によりその軸方向に移動する可動ディスク(22)とを有し、
前記ベルト(3)は、前記駆動プーリ(1)と従動プーリ(2)とを回転可能に連結し、
前記ハウジング(13)とマス(14)は、前記マス(14)を前記軸に対し鉛直上下に傾斜する方向にガイドする手段を規定する非円筒形状をしており、その結果、前記マス(14)はハウジング(13)内で回転しない
ことを特徴とする軸方向伝動システム。 - 前記駆動プーリ(1)は、前記カバー(4)内にシステムを冷却するファン(15)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の軸方向伝動システム。 - 前記駆動プーリ(1)の可動ディスク(12)は、その周囲に冷却用の溝(16)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の軸方向伝動システム。 - 前記駆動プーリ(1)の可動ディスク(12)は、前記駆動シャフト(10)に搭載されたボルト(18)上に、ブッシング(17)を配置することにより搭載される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の軸方向伝動システム。 - 前記出力シャフト(20)に対し軸方向に移動する手段は、管状ネック(23)を前記出力シャフト(20)上に搭載し、前記管状ネック(23)は、2つの傾斜ノッチ群(24,25)を具備し、前記2つの傾斜ノッチ群(24,25)は、前記出力シャフト(20)に対し異なる傾斜角を有し、突起部(26)が傾斜ノッチ群(24,25)に挿入され、前記出力シャフト(20)に前記管状ネック(23)を一体に固定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の軸方向伝動システム。 - 前記出力シャフト(20)は、前記管状ネック(23)に形成された6個の傾斜ノッチ群(24,25)内に挿入される3個の突起部(26)を有し、前記6個の傾斜ノッチ群(24,25)は、2つの異なる傾斜角を有し、異なる傾斜角の傾斜ノッチ群(24,25)は、交互に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の軸方向伝動システム。
