Description
そこで、本発明は、物質Aの相変化を効率良く実施でき,処理対処物の置換時に物質Aの外部放出を低減できる固液分離装置を提供する。
水と油を溶解できる物質Aを用い,被処理物であ水と固体,油と固体,もしくは水と油と固体の混合物である被処理物から脱水,又は、脱油を行う固液分離装置において,閉じられた系内で相変化を起こしながら循環する物質Bと,前記物質Bを圧縮する圧縮手段と,前記物質Bの凝縮熱と前記物質Aの蒸発熱を交換する第1の熱交換器と,前記物質Bの蒸発熱と前記物質Aの凝縮熱を交換する第2の熱交換器と,前記第1の熱交換器で水もしくは油と分離しながら蒸発した前記物質Aが前記第2の熱交換器で凝縮し,凝縮した前記物質Aが前記被処理物と混合する処理槽と, 前記物質Aの流路系統において前記処理槽の下流かつ前記第1の熱交換器の上流に設置され,前記熱交換器1に流入する前記物質Bの流路を前記熱交換器1の上流で切り替えて前記物質Bと前記物質Aとで熱交換する第3の熱交換器とを備え,前記第3の熱交換器が前記処理槽よりも鉛直方向で下部に設置されたことを特徴とするものである。

Claims (8)
- 水と油を溶解できる物質Aを用い,被処理物である水と固体,油と固体,もしくは水と油と固体の混合物である被処理物と前記物質Aを混合し,前記被処理物中の液体と前記物質Aとの混合液から物質Aを気化することで前記被処理物から脱水,又は、脱油を行う固液分離装置において,
閉じられた系内で相変化を起こしながら循環する物質Bと,
前記物質Bを圧縮する圧縮手段と,
前記圧縮手段で圧縮された前記物質Bの凝縮熱と前記物質Aの蒸発熱を内部の壁面を介して交換することで前記物質Aを気体として排出する第1の熱交換器と,
凝縮した前記物質Bを減圧する膨張手段と,
前記膨張手段で減圧された前記物質Bの蒸発熱と前記物質Aの凝縮熱を内部の壁面を介して交換する第2の熱交換器と,
前記第1の熱交換器で水、もしくは油と分離しながら蒸発した前記物質Aが前記第2の熱交換器で凝縮し,凝縮した前記物質Aが前記被処理物と混合する処理槽とを備え,
前記第1の熱交換器が前記処理槽よりも鉛直方向で下部に設置され,
前記第1の熱交換器の接続口と前記処理槽の下部が流路で接続され,
前記物質Aの流路は,前記第1の熱交換器,前記第2の熱交換器,前記処理槽の順に機器を備え,
前記物質Bの定常状態の流路は,前記第1の熱交換器,前記膨張手段,前記第2の熱交換器,前記圧縮手段,の順に機器を備えたことを特徴とする固液分離装置。 - 水と油を溶解できる物質Aを用い,被処理物である水と固体,油と固体,もしくは水と油と固体の混合物である被処理物と前記物質Aを混合し,前記被処理物中の液体と前記物質Aとの混合液から物質Aを気化することで前記被処理物から脱水,又は、脱油を行う固液分離装置において,
閉じられた系内で相変化を起こしながら循環する物質Bと,
前記物質Bを圧縮する圧縮手段と,
前記圧縮手段で圧縮された前記物質Bの凝縮熱と前記物質Aの蒸発熱を内部の壁面を介して交換することで前記物質Aを気体として排出する第1の熱交換器と,
凝縮した前記物質Bを減圧する膨張手段と,
前記膨張手段で減圧された前記物質Bの蒸発熱と前記物質Aの凝縮熱を内部の壁面を介して交換する第2の熱交換器と,
前記第1の熱交換器で水もしくは油と分離しながら蒸発した前記物質Aが前記第2の熱交換器で凝縮し,凝縮した前記物質Aが前記被処理物と混合する処理槽と,
前記物質Aの流路系統において前記処理槽の下流かつ前記第1の熱交換器の上流に設置され,
前記第1の熱交換器に流入する前記物質Bの流路を前記第1の熱交換器の上流で切り替えて前記物質Bと前記物質Aとで内部の壁面を介して熱交換する第3の熱交換器とを備え,
前記第3の熱交換器が前記処理槽よりも鉛直方向で下部に設置され,
前記物質Aの流路は,前記第1の熱交換器,前記第2の熱交換器,前記処理層,前記第3の熱交換器の順に機器を備え,
前記物質Bの流路は,前記第1の熱交換器または前記第3の熱交換器のいずれか,前記膨張手段,前記第2の熱交換器,前記圧縮手段,の順に機器を備えた
ことを特徴とする固液分離装置。 - 請求項1、又は請求項2の固液分離装置において、
前記第2の熱交換器は,内部に前記物質Bが通過する第1のチューブを有し、
前記第1のチューブは、前記物質Aの液面よりも上に設置した
ことを特徴とする固液分離装置。 - 請求項1、又は請求項2の固液分離装置において、
前記第1の熱交換器内部に前記物質Bが通過する第2のチューブを有し、
前記第2のチューブは、前記物質Aの液面よりも下に設置した
ことを特徴とする固液分離装置。 - 請求項1、又は請求項2の固液分離装置において、
前記処理槽に植物細胞もしくは動物細胞を充填することで油脂類を抽出できる
ことを特徴とするバイオ燃料抽出装置。 - 請求項1、又は請求項2の固液分離装置において、
前記処理槽に水処理で発生する汚泥を充填することで汚泥から水分を除去できる
ことを特徴とする汚泥処理装置。 - 請求項1、又は請求項2の固液分離装置において、
前記処理槽に活性炭を充填し,前記被処理物と前記物質Aを交互に切り替えて接触させることで前記被処理物を連続的に浄化できる
ことを特徴とする水処理装置。 - 請求項1、又は請求項2の固液分離装置において、
前記物質Aがジメチルエーテルである
ことを特徴とする水処理装置。
