Claims (10)
- 第1の流体を供給する第1の流体供給装置と、
第2の流体を供給する第2の流体供給装置と、
前記第1の流体を第1の所定の温度に加熱する第1のヒーターと、
前記第2の流体を第2の所定の温度に加熱する第2のヒーターと、
前記第1の流体及び前記第2の流体を該流体吐出システムから吐出するノズルであって、該ノズルは、前記第1の流体と前記第2の流体とを互に密接に接触した状態で吐出し、前記第1の流体及び前記第2の流体は所定の吐出温度で吐出されるようにしたノズルと、
前記ノズルにおいて外方に面した表面に接触させて該ノズルの外部に配置され、該ノズルを直接加熱して、該ノズルを前記第1の所定の温度及び前記第2の所定の温度とは独立した第3の所定の温度に維持する、ノズルヒーターとを具備し、
前記第1の流体供給装置は前記第2の流体供給装置に接触し、かつ、前記ノズルには接触しないように配置されており、
前記第2の供給装置が前記ノズルに接触するように配置されている流体吐出システム。 - 前記第2のヒーターは空気加熱器であり、前記第2の流体は空気である請求項1に記載の流体吐出システム。
- 前記ノズルヒーターの温度を検知する少なくとも1つの温度センサーを備える請求項1に記載の流体吐出システム。
- コントローラーを備えており、前記温度センサーは該コントローラーに信号を送って、前記第3の所定の温度を制御するようになっている請求項3に記載の流体吐出システム。
- 前記ノズルヒーターはヒーターブロックに配置され、該ヒーターブロックは前記ノズルに直接接触するか、近くに近接する請求項1に記載の流体吐出システム。
- 前記コントローラーは、前記第3の所定の温度を概ね前記吐出温度に維持する請求項1に記載の流体吐出システム。
- 複数のノズルを備えており、前記ノズルヒーターは該複数のノズルを前記第3の所定の温度に維持する請求項1に記載の流体吐出システム。
- 前記ノズルヒーターは電気ヒーターである請求項1に記載の流体吐出システム。
- 前記第1の所定の温度及び前記第2の所定の温度は、互に独立している請求項1に記載の流体吐出システム。
- 前記ノズルヒーターは、締結具を受けて前記ノズルヒーターを前記ノズルに固定するための締結穴を備えている請求項1に記載の流体吐出システム。
