Claims (13)
- 流体移送用連結装置であって、
互いに接続された時に密閉内部空間を画定する接続可能な第1の連結装置部材および第2の連結装置部材と、
前記密閉内部空間と流体連通状態にある気体または蒸気用のパージ入口およびパージ出口と、
前記密閉内部空間と流体連通状態にある真空ポートと
を備え、
前記第1の連結装置部材が、第1の流体移送導管を含み、前記第2の連結装置部材が、第2の流体移送導管を含み、前記接続可能な第1の連結装置部材および第2の連結装置部材が接続される時に、前記第1の流体移送導管および第2の流体移送導管が、前記密閉内部空間内において互いに接続可能である、
流体移送用連結装置。 - 前記パージ入口は、前記密閉内部空間と流体連通状態にある気体入口である、請求項1に記載の流体移送用連結装置。
- 前記パージ入口は、前記密閉内部空間と流体連通状態にある蒸気入口である、請求項1または2に記載の流体移送用連結装置。
- 第1の流体移送導管と第2の流体移送導管とは、酸素用の流体流れ移送導管と、水素またはその他の流体用の流体流れ移送導管と、をそれぞれ含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の流体移送用連結装置。
- 前記密閉内部空間において前記酸素用の流体流れ移送導管および水素用の流体流れ移送導管の間に気体バリアをさらに備える、請求項4に記載の流体移送用連結装置。
- 前記流体移送導管の周囲にパージ空間を形成するパージシュラウドをさらに備え、前記パージ空間が、前記パージ入口および前記パージ出口と流体連通状態にある、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の流体移送用連結装置。
- 前記流体移送導管の周囲に真空空間を形成する真空シュラウドをさらに備え、前記真空空間が、前記真空ポートと流体連通状態にある、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の流体移送用連結装置。
- PEM燃料電池と、低温酸素および低温水素の貯蔵タンクと、前記低温酸素および低温水素の貯蔵タンクまたはその他の流体を要求するシステムと流体連通状態にある請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の流体移送用連結装置とを備える、システム。
- 接続可能な連結装置を通して流体を移送する流体移送方法であって、
第1の流体移送導管を備える第1の連結装置部材を、第2の流体移送導管を備える第2の連結装置部材に接続して、前記接続された連結装置部材の内部に内部空間を形成し、前記第1の流体移送導管および第2の流体移送導管は、前記内部空間に配置され、
前記流体移送導管の周囲の前記内部空間に、密閉されたパージ空間を形成し、
前記密閉されたパージ空間を蒸気または気体でパージし、
前記流体移送導管の周囲の前記内部空間に、密閉された真空空間を形成し、
前記密閉された真空空間を真空引きし、
前記真空を漏れに関して試験し、充分な密閉を確実にするために前記プロセスを繰り返し、
前記第1の流体移送導管および第2の流体移送導管を前記密閉された真空空間内で接続し、前記接続された流体移送導管を通って移送されるように流体を流すこと
を含む、流体移送方法。 - 水中で実行される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記パージが蒸気で行われ、前記方法が、部分真空を形成するために前記内部空間をパージ後に冷却することをさらに含む、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記連結装置が、間に気体バリアを有する別個の酸素用の流体移送導管および水素用の流体移送導管を備え、前記気体バリアは、前記密閉された真空空間内において、前記酸素用の流体移送導管と前記水素用の流体移送導管との周囲に別個の空間を形成する、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 真空引きされた前記密閉された真空空間の真空を監視することをさらに含む、請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
