Description
・低侵襲的装置(カテーテル、ニードル、ガイドワイヤ)に全体的な本体の振動を提供する振動要素を備えること、
・近位端(生体外)又は遠位端(生体内)に振動要素を備えること、
・例えば材料密度又はそれ以上の振動要素における変化により振動数が変わるような、異なる位置に異なる周波数を用いること、
といった、振動要素の種々の使用が提案されている。
長細の本体と、
前記長細の本体の表面に装着された又は該表面に内蔵された複数の電気活性高分子(EAP)アクチュエータと、
前記EAPアクチュエータが、5kHzを超えない振動数で振動を提供するよう、前記EAPアクチュエータを制御するよう構成された、コントローラと、
を有する、患者の身体への挿入のためのプローブ装置が提供される。
以上に定義されたプローブ装置と、
3次元(3D)ドップラーモードで動作させられるよう構成され、3Dドップラーデータを生成するよう構成された、超音波スキャナと、
を有するシステムを提供する。
Claims (14)
- 長細の本体と、
前記長細の本体の表面に装着された又は該表面に内蔵された複数の電気活性高分子アクチュエータと、
前記電気活性高分子アクチュエータが、5kHzを超えない振動数で振動を提供するよう、前記電気活性高分子アクチュエータを制御するよう構成された、コントローラと、
を有し、
前記電気活性高分子アクチュエータの第1のサブセットは、前記長細の本体のまわりの或る角度位置にあり、前記電気活性高分子アクチュエータの第2のサブセットは、前記本体のまわりの別の角度位置にある、患者の身体への挿入のためのプローブ装置。 - 前記振動は、前記複数の電気活性高分子アクチュエータの少なくとも2以上において径方向に局所的に引き起こされる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記振動は、前記複数の電気活性高分子アクチュエータの少なくとも2以上において軸方向に局所的に引き起こされ、及び/又は、
前記振動は、前記複数の電気活性高分子アクチュエータの少なくとも2以上において、前記プローブ装置の長さ方向に垂直な面内において前記プローブ装置の接線方向に局所的に引き起こされる、
請求項1又は2に記載の装置。 - 前記複数の電気活性高分子アクチュエータは、前記長細の本体の共振周波数よりも高い周波数の振動を提供するよう制御される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記電気活性高分子アクチュエータの少なくともサブセットは、振動減衰層によって少なくとも1つの面に亘って被覆された、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラは、少なくとも2つの異なる電気活性高分子アクチュエータに、異なる振動周波数を適用するよう構成された、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記電気活性高分子アクチュエータの少なくとも1つにコード化された振動シーケンスを適用するよう構成された、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記電気活性高分子アクチュエータを制御し、それによりプローブの先端の操作をもたらすよう構成された、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の電気活性高分子アクチュエータの第1のサブセットは、操作制御のためのものであり、前記複数の電気活性高分子アクチュエータの第2のサブセットは、振動を提供するためのものである、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の電気活性高分子アクチュエータの少なくとも1つは、操作のため及び振動を提供するための両方のためのものである、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の電気活性高分子アクチュエータは、前記装置の外側壁に内蔵された、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の装置を有するカテーテル。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の、対象の身体への挿入のためのプローブ装置と、
3次元ドップラーモードで動作させられるよう構成され、3次元ドップラーデータを生成するよう構成された、超音波スキャナと、
を有するシステム。 - 人間又は動物の身体の一部を撮像するための医療用撮像システムである、請求項13に記載のシステム。
