Claims (17)
- (a)互いに離間しておりそれぞれが低温側と高温側になるように構成されている第1熱スプレッダおよび第2熱スプレッダと、
(b)前記第1熱スプレッダおよび前記第2熱スプレッダの間に配置されていて、圧縮リミッタを有する、絶縁プレートと、
(c)前記絶縁プレートに配置されて、前記第1熱スプレッダおよび前記第2熱スプレッダと作動係合する熱電素子と、
(d)組立状態で前記絶縁プレートを中心として前記第1熱スプレッダおよび前記第2熱スプレッダを互いに固定する締結要素と、
を備えた、コンポーネントを温度調節するための熱電モジュールアセンブリであって、
(イ)前記絶縁プレートの前記圧縮リミッタが、前記組立状態において前記第1熱スプレッダおよび前記第2熱スプレッダの間に所定の間隔を維持するように構成され、
(ロ)前記圧縮リミッタが、前記熱電素子を囲繞する少なくとも4個の個別圧縮リミッタで構成され、かつ、
(ハ)前記圧縮リミッタが前記第1熱スプレッダおよび前記第2熱スプレッダと係合する、
熱電モジュールアセンブリ。 - 前記第1および第2熱スプレッダが金属製であり、かつ、前記絶縁プレートがプラスチック製である、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記熱電素子がペルティエ素子とされている、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第2熱スプレッダには、前記熱電素子を支持する隆起パッドが設けられ、かつ、前記圧縮リミッタが前記パッドに隣接して配置されている、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記パッドと前記熱電素子との間には、係合状態で配置されるサーマルホイルが設けられている、請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第2熱スプレッダには、前記圧縮リミッタと協働して、前記絶縁プレートと前記第2熱スプレッダとを互いに横方向に位置決めする突部が設けられている、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記締結要素が、前記突部のネジ内径部に固定されるネジ締結具とされ、かつ、前記突部が前記圧縮リミッタに収容される、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- (a)互いに離間しておりそれぞれ低温および高温側になるように構成されている第1熱スプレッダおよび第2熱スプレッダと、
(b)前記第1熱スプレッダおよび前記第2熱スプレッダの間に配置される絶縁プレートと、
(c)前記絶縁プレートに配置されるとともに前記第1熱スプレッダおよび前記第2熱スプレッダと作動係合する熱電素子と、
(d)前記絶縁プレートと前記熱電素子との間に設けられるリテーナであって、組立手順の間に前記熱電素子を前記絶縁プレートとともに支承するように構成されているリテーナと、
を備えた、コンポーネントを温度調節するための熱電モジュールアセンブリであって、
(イ)前記リテーナが少なくとも一つの可撓性バネ要素とされ、
(ロ)前記絶縁プレートがプラスチック製であり、かつ、
(ハ)前記少なくとも一つの可撓性バネ要素が前記絶縁プレートと一体的とされている、
熱電モジュールアセンブリ。 - 前記絶縁プレートが開口部を含み、前記熱電素子が外周部を有し、前記リテーナが前記開口部に配置されて前記外周部と係合する、請求項8に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記リテーナが、前記第1熱スプレッダおよび前記第2熱スプレッダの間に延びる方向に偏向可能であって、前記熱電素子の所望の付勢条件に対応する、請求項8に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記リテーナと前記熱電素子の外周部構造とが、前記熱電素子を前記絶縁プレートに対して位置決めする位置決め特徴を含む、請求項8に記載のアセンブリ。
- (a)互いに離間しておりそれぞれが低温側と高温側になるように構成されている第1熱スプレッダおよび第2熱スプレッダと、
(b)前記第1熱スプレッダおよび前記第2熱スプレッダの間に配置される絶縁プレートと、
(c)前記絶縁プレートに配置されて前記第1熱スプレッダおよび前記第2熱スプレッダと作動係合するように構成されていて、ワイヤを有する、複数の熱電素子と、
を備えた、コンポーネントを温度調節するための熱電モジュールアセンブリであって、
(イ)前記絶縁プレートには、前記熱電素子を収容する複数の開口部と、前記ワイヤを収容する複数の通路とが設けられ、
(ロ)前記複数の開口部が、少なくとも第1の開口部と、最後の開口部を含む複数の他の開口部と、を含み、
(ハ)前記複数の通路が、前記絶縁プレートの端部から前記第1の開口部まで延びている第1の通路と、前記最後の開口部を含む前記1つまたは複数の他の開口部どうしを相互接続する1つまたは複数の追加的な通路と、前記絶縁プレートの端部から前記最後の開口部まで延びている第2の通路と、を含む、
熱電モジュールアセンブリ。 - 前記熱電素子がペルティエ素子とされている、請求項12に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ペルティエ素子が互いに直列接続されている、請求項13に記載のアセンブリ。
- (a)互いに離間しておりそれぞれが低温側と高温側になるように構成されている第1および第2熱スプレッダと、
(b)前記第1熱スプレッダおよび第2熱スプレッダの間に配置される絶縁プレートと、
(c)前記絶縁プレートに配置されて前記第1熱スプレッダおよび前記第2熱スプレッダと作動係合する熱電素子と、
を備えた、コンポーネントを温度調節するための熱電モジュールアセンブリであって、
(イ)前記絶縁プレートには、アセンブリの熱質量を低減するように構成されているマトリクス状の複数のボイドが設けられ、かつ、
(ロ)前記マトリクス状の複数のボイドが、前記絶縁プレートの厚さに対して該絶縁プレートの全体を貫通しない程度の深さを有する複数の凹部とされている、
熱電モジュールアセンブリ。 - 前記絶縁プレートが、前記第1熱スプレッダおよび前記第2熱スプレッダと係合する圧縮リミッタと、前記熱電素子のワイヤを収容する通路と、前記熱電素子が配置される開口部とを含み、かつ、前記ボイドが前記圧縮リミッタと前記通路と前記開口部とは異なっている、請求項15に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ボイドが前記絶縁プレートの片側に凹設されるが、前記ボイドが前記絶縁プレートの反対側までは貫通しない、請請求項15に記載のアセンブリ。
