Description
Claims (15)
- 到来する発作の状態を検出しかつ音響情報信号を提供するように構成される,人からの生体電気信号をモニタリングする個人用ウェラブル・モニタであって,
上記音響情報信号を提供する第1のスピーカ,および
上記第1のスピーカが音を搬送可能かどうかをテストするときにマイクロフォンとして機能するように構成される第2のスピーカを備え,
上記モニタが,上記第1のスピーカが音を搬送できない事象において通知を提供するように構成され,かつ
上記第2のスピーカが,上記第1のスピーカが音を搬送できない事象において,上記音響情報信号が提供されるべきときに上記第1のスピーカの代わりに上記音響情報信号を提供するように構成されており,
上記第1のスピーカおよび第2のスピーカの両方が音を搬送可能である場合において,上記到来する発作の状態に関する通知に対して上記モニタリングされている人物が応答しないときに,両方のスピーカが最大可能音響情報信号によって上記到来する発作の状態に関する通知を提供するように構成されている,
モニタ。 - 上記第1のスピーカが音を搬送できない事象において提供される上記通知を,上記第2のスピーカによる音響情報として提供するように構成されている,請求項1に記載のモニタ。
- 上記第1のスピーカを通じて確認信号を提供するように構成され,上記確認信号が特定の時間間隔でかつ特定の周波数範囲で提供される,請求項1または2に記載のモニタ。
- 上記第1または第2のスピーカの少なくとも一方が,背景音レベルをピックアップするマイクロフォンとして用いられるように構成されている,請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のモニタ。
- 上記生体電気信号を解析して,上記人における所定の生体事象の状態を識別するまたは予測するように構成される信号処理装置を備えている,請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のモニタ。
- 上記人に上記音響情報信号を提示すべき時を決定するように構成される決定手段を備えている,請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のモニタ。
- 上記音響情報信号が話し言葉のメッセージまたはビープの形態である,請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のモニタ。
- 上記モニタが耳に配置されている,請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のモニタ。
- 上記音響情報信号を上記人の外耳道に提供するための音響チューブを備えている,請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のモニタ。
- 上記第1および第2のスピーカが,音をガイドする共通音響チューブを共有するように配置されている,請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のモニタ。
- 上記第1および第2のスピーカが統合ユニットとして一緒に配置されている,請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のモニタ。
- 上記第2のスピーカが音を搬送可能かどうかをテストするように構成されており,そのときに上記第1のスピーカがマイクロフォンとして機能するように構成されている,請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のモニタ。
- 上記第1のスピーカが音を搬送することができない場合に遠隔ユニットに無線で通知するように構成されている無線機を備えている,請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のモニタ。
- 人からの生体電気信号をモニタし,上記信号の解析によって到来する発作の状態を検出する方法であって,
到来する発作の状態が検出される事象において上記人に音響情報信号を提供し,
上記音響情報信号を第1のスピーカによって提供し,
第2のスピーカをマイクロフォンとして用いることによって上記第1のスピーカが音を搬送可能かどうかをテストし,
上記第2のスピーカが上記第1のスピーカからの上記音を検出しない事象において,通知を提供し,
上記第1のスピーカが音を搬送できない事象において上記音響情報信号が提供されるべきときに,上記第1のスピーカの代わりに上記第2のスピーカによって上記音響情報信号を提供し,
上記第1のスピーカおよび第2のスピーカの両方が音を搬送可能である場合において,上記到来する発作の状態に関する通知に対して上記モニタされている人物が応答しないときに,両方のスピーカが最大可能音響情報信号によって上記到来する発作の状態に関する通知を提供する,
