Claims (18)
- 2つの補聴器(4)、特にBTE補聴器(耳掛型補聴器)および1つの制御ユニット(12)を備えて両耳用に構成された、使用者用の補聴システム(2)であって、
前記両補聴器(4)はそれぞれ音声信号を測定するためのマイクロホン(6)を有し、
前記制御ユニット(12)は、1つの音声信号に基づき使用者の生理学的状態(Z)を分類すべく、及び、両方の音声信号に基づき使用者から発生される自己発生部分を強調すべく、及び、前記生理学的状態(Z)の分類のために利用すべく構成されていることを特徴とする補聴システム。 - 本補聴システムが、使用者により惹き起こされる、特に、呼吸音、歩行音、固体伝搬音、脈拍および声を含む一群の音に属する使用者音を音声信号として検出するための固体伝搬音マイクロホン(38)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の補聴システム。
- 前記制御ユニット(12)が、前記マイクロホン(6)の音声信号を前記固体伝搬音マイクロホン(38)の音声信号と組合せる音声信号組合せユニット(40)を有し、これによってこれら両方の音声信号の自己発生部分が強調されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の補聴システム。
- 前記2個の補聴器(4)の両方のマイクロホン(6)の音声信号が統合されて、前記の強調された自己発生部分を有する1つの組合せ信号となり、前記制御ユニット(12)が音声信号組合せユニット(40)を有し、
前記音声信号組合せユニットが前記自己発生部分をさらに強調すべく、前記組合せ信号を前記固体伝搬音マイクロホン(38)の音声信号と組み合せることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の補聴システム。 - 前記マイクロホン(6)及び前記固体伝搬音マイクロホン(38)が前記補聴器(4)の別々のコンポーネントとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の補聴システム。
- 前記補聴器(4)が使用者の耳道内に挿入するためのイヤホン(34)を有し、
前記固体伝搬音マイクロホン(38)が前記イヤホン(34)の一部であることを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載の補聴システム。 - 前記制御ユニット(12)が、感冒、転倒、睡眠挙動、社会的活動度、運動活動度、ストレスおよび呼吸を含む一群の状態(Z)に属する生理学的状態(Z)を分類するために構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の補聴システム。
- 本補聴システムが、マイクロホン(6)とは別の、補助信号検出用の補助センサー(10)を有し、
前記補助信号が前記音声信号に加えて前記状態(Z)を検知する役目を果たすことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の補聴システム。 - 前記制御ユニット(12)が、生理学的状態(Z)を識別するために、その状態(Z)の1つの症状(S1,S2、S3)を冗長性をもって、すなわち、前記補助信号および前記音声信号に基づいて、識別すべく構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の補聴システム。
- 前記補助センサー(10)が、加速度、温度、皮膚の電気抵抗、皮膚の光学特性および血中酸素濃度を含む一群の測定量の中から選ばれた1つの測定量を測定するために構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の補聴システム。
- 本補聴システムがもう1つのセンサー、すなわち、同一種類の1つの補助センサー(10)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の補聴システム。
- 前記両方のセンサーがそれぞれ1つの補助センサー(10)であり、それぞれが測定不確かさを有し、
前記両方の補助センサー(10)の補助信号の偏差が前記それぞれの測定不確かさよりも大きい場合には、前記制御ユニット(12)がこれらの補助信号を拒否するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の補聴システム。 - 前記両方のセンサーがそれぞれ1つの補助センサー(10)であり、両耳用の補助信号を測定するためにそれぞれが両方の補聴器(4)の1つの中に配置されており、これらの両方の補助センサー(10)がそれぞれ特に加速度センサーとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の補聴システム。
- 前記制御ユニット(12)が前記補聴器(4)の外部に配置されており、前記補聴器(4)が、前記制御ユニット(12)へ送る前に補助信号、及び/又は、音声信号を処理するための前処理ユニット(24)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の補聴システム。
- 前記制御ユニット(12)が、音声信号を出力するために、レシーバー(8)と接続された増幅ユニット(16)を有し、並びに、音声信号の分析のため及び生理学的状態(Z)の分類のための分析ユニット(18)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の補聴システム。
- 前記増幅ユニット(16)が前記補聴器(4)内に組み込まれており、前記分析ユニット(18)が前記補聴器(4)の外部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の補聴システム。
- 特に、請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載の使用者用の補聴システム(2)であり、2個の補聴器(4)、特にBTE補聴器を備えて両耳用に構成されている補聴システム(2)の作動方法であって、
・各補聴器(4)のそれぞれのマイクロホン(6)により、それぞれの音声信号が検出され、
・前記音声信号が制御ユニット(12)に送られ、
・前記制御ユニット(12)により、前記複数の音声信号に基づいて、使用者の1つの生理学的状態(Z)が分類され、
・前記制御ユニット(12)により、前記複数の音声信号に基づいて、使用者から発生された自己発生部分が強調され、前記生理学的状態(Z)の分類のために利用される、補聴システム(2)の作動方法。 - 前記生理学的状態(Z)が、転倒、睡眠挙動、社会的活動度、運動活動度またはストレスを含む一群の状態(Z)の1つとして分類されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
